Very good value. Quite an impressive property for the price. Large clean, comfortable and modern room with a balcony overlooking the pool. Gym and fitness facility was decent. Pool and common areas were well-kept. Staff nice and willing to help with requests.
A couple of minor suggestions I would make is for a 2-week long stay, I would have expected the sheets and bedding to be changed mid-way through or at least an offer to be made. As I was just one person, I switched sides of the bed so it was okay, but always nice to have fresh sheets weekly. I'd also suggest checking the shower gel, soaps, moisturisers, etc as these may need to be replenished for a stay of that length.
I'd suggest you make the kitchen area more well-lit and perhaps play some music to attract guests in. Unless you really pay attention, it's not clear whether it's open or closed, which is a shame because the food was tasty and good value.
