Hotel is very good. Staff is so friendly and supportive. Rooms are so nice. Only toilet is very small. I don't suggest to big people. Otherwise everything is super nice.

The property is quaint, well-maintained, and full of charm. We had a front-facing balcony where we could relax and enjoy the views, including a glimpse of the water in the distance. The staff were amazing, very informative about the hotel amenities, and went out of their way to help whenever needed.
Breakfast was included and offered a good selection of options. Overall, we felt it was excellent value for the money.
My only complaint relates to a booking error that I made when selecting the dates. I realized the mistake immediately and contacted Hotels.com for assistance. They reached out to the hotel to see if the reservation dates could be amended, but the hotel was unwilling to make an exception to its policy. This was disappointing because we were not trying to cancel the reservation or reduce the length of our stay; we simply wanted to shift the booking by one day. Given that it was the off-season and the hotel was not fully booked, it did not appear to be an issue of availability. Despite this, the request was denied and I had to pay the penalty.
