Only comment would be I didn’t realize that towels or coffee supplies don’t get replenished if staying two nights vs three. A heads up would have been helpful.

Check-in was easy and quick. Room was clean but did have a funky smell. Coffee maker didn’t work.

The hotel was modern and clean. The rooms were perfect size and were comfortable. The staff that check us in was lovely. The check out person was leaning on the desk on his phone and did not look up. I tried to purchase from the market and he stated there is a kiosk in there, again, not looking up.

Newer clean property. We had a two bed room that was listed as queens but the beds and room were small. A couple of front desk staff were a little uninspired and watching TV in the lobby.

The rooms are very nice and clean, everything is very well maintained and perfect, the only bad thing is that the breakfast is very very bad, very cold food with no taste and very little variety, terrible coffee, otherwise everything is perfect

The property was very clean and well-maintained, and the front desk team was very welcoming and pleasant. The room was very nice, quite comfortable. The complimentary breakfast was well above average. The location was perfect for me, and I'd recommend this hotel to anyone.

Stayed there 2 with 3 teenagers to go to Valleyfair, zoo and Scream Town. Great location for that. Hotel was clean and quiet. Breakfast was excellent for a free hotel breakfast. The guys in the evening at the desk were great - helpful and fun. We’d stay again. Only issue - the 3 bottles in the shower - had two body wash and no shampoo bottle, conditioner was empty. Not a big deal but housekeeping shoukd check. And only less than half a roll of TP which, again, easy fix but room should be stocked.

Quality accommodation! Very clean, comfortable rooms, very well soundproofed, spacious shower (my husband is 6’2” and hasn’t ever been able to stand up straight under a shower head at a hotel before), even the toiletries (shampoo, conditioner) were great quality. Highly recommend this hotel!

Breakfast was good and seemed to have ample seating. Towels in room were not even enough for 2 people - I asked for more at front desk and they were happily provided. Shower head needed serious cleaning it was caked with white scale. Assuming this is why the pressure was so bad. Stairwell needed to be cleaned. Looked like blood smears on the railing (like someone was bleeding and each step they grabbed a new section of railing and got blood on it). This was at least to the second floor.

Very nice rooms, well kept hotel, very friendly staff, excellent breakfast and very clean. My only complaint, is it was very noisy due to the hwy and our air conditioning unit fan was loud. I would stay here again but request a room on the other side of building due to the hwy noise.
