Hotel is clean, and breakfast is good. The best part is private onsen available without additional charges. I will consider this hotel for my next trip

Highly recommend this hotel with hot spring facilities! Hotel is near JR station, airport bus drops at a nearby hotel with 5 min walking distance in the heavy snow. There are a lot of eatery options in 5 mins walking distance and a drugstore at JR Sapporo station! We enjoyed ourselves during the stay. For trips out, just inform front desk to call a taxi for you and they’ll gladly help!

The family loved the laundry, onsen, yummy complementary ramen for supper as well as the wonderful breakfast selections.
We drive and loved the location and connectivity to all nearby places of interests.
Many thanks also to the hotel staff for forwarding a pouch we left behind all the way to our Niseko hotel.

Good, quiet and comfortable hotel, near the station. Maybe a bit far for walking to restaurants and shops, but OK as we had a car. Parking provided nearby.

Nice quiet getaway from the busier parts of Japan. Beautiful property with public and private onsens. Walkable from Furano bus station. I had a really relaxing time.

Hotel is great. Free ramen for supper is nice.

It’s near a railway track and the vicinity is surrounded by rather dumpy looking homes.

A new and good hotel, with friendly and helpful staff. It also provide free serving of ramen everynight at 10pm and has 3 private onsen rooms for privacy reasons. You can get wafer ice cream or popsicles after doing onsen or probiotics drink in the morning

I only wish the parking instruction was clearer. We arrived the first night and the parking lot was full. The direction to the alternative parking lot was tricky. It was not far from the hotel but we had to make a big loop to get over to the other side of the railroad tracks. On the subsequent nights, we were not aware that the hotel had many parking lots. We always assumed the smallest of them all was full, and parked just like the first night.

Breakfast and hot spring are both impressive. 3 minute walk from the JR train station and right next to a few restaurants and drugstore/markets.

Our family of 4 arrived at Furano La Vista hotel and stayed for 2 nights.
We were welcomed by a staff in the front desk and checked in. We had also indicated that we would like a room on a higher floor but she insisted that there were only 5 floors available (in fact there were 8 floors in total).
Moreover, we asked the front desk staff to help us call a local farm to help us book a Furano melon buffet. Disappointingly, she refused and didn’t even bother to help us translate, leaving us feeling frustrated due to language barrier.
At dinner time, we told the staff politely that we would like to sit by the window. However, the staff said guests can only “reserve” to sit by the window side but we saw later that the restaurant staff didn’t even ask for other guests’ name (local Japanese) and guided them to the window seats. Therefore, we felt discriminated and disappointed.
Later that night, when we left the room for hot spring, we switched off the air conditioner. When we came back, we found that the air conditioner can’t be turned on and the room was very stuffy. We called the staff and we were arranged to another room on the 8th floor (as before mentioned the front desk staff insisted that there were only 5 floors).
Therefore, we felt disappointed because of the unfriendly staff to non-Japanese guests and we would not recommend this hotel.

Very cozy, good service and hot spring

Fantastic room amenity, a twin room with only ONE pillow per bed, the most environmental friendly that I ever stayed. For my kid, she needed to be trained for lying flat all night long. With the only surprised arrangement of cup noodle for refreshment after onsen at night.

Incredible stay! Everything was perfect from start to finish. The staff greeted us from our car and helped carry our bags into the lobby as we checked in. We found complimentary coffee, tea, and juice at the lobby which was a welcome surprise.
We opened the room door to find an amazing view of the Furano mountains along with a complimentary snack. The room was not only spotless but very new and had everything we could possibly need.
The star of the show was the 9th floor area, featuring unexpected (free!) facilities like massage chairs, three private onsen rooms, and ice cream/other refreshments. The public bath was also a surprise as it included a sauna, a waterfall massage, and an outdoor pool.
Overall, an excellent stay!

Nice and clean hotel. Very convenient either by driving or come from furano station. Staffs are friendly. Onsen is great. They even provide free noodles at 10-11pm. Great hotel.

Nice hotel and conveniently placed to drive up to the Gondola which takes 10-15 minutes. Rooms were small so if you want bigger, make sure you book a bigger room. Breakfast is Asian more oriented than Western. The roof top onsen is sensational.

Hotel is very near about 10 mins walk to the train station, very convenient.
We did the half board, pasta dinner was good and delicious so is the breakfast very sumptuous.
Love the public and private onsen, no reservation needed for that.
Very impressed and definitely will stay there again on my next visit.

Normally I will not leave comment for hotel but this hotel makes me to leave comment.
Good: Breakfast was great and many seafood but not too fresh
Bad:
1. Arranged the lowest floor and the end of corridor’ room to me. I feel very sad as I pay quite high money for this book( I have checked my price was higher than other hotel agency a lot on my check in day)
Why they didn’t upgrade me but arranged the worse room to me?
2. Dinner is so general, if they let me know the menu first I will just go outside to enjoy good food instead of eating food which is much worse than my cooking.
I think even the free Ramen is better than my dinner
3. TV is small
