The location was convenient, with several restaurants within easy walking distance.
The studio matched the listing, with a bed, pullout couch, TV, small dining table, kitchenette, and standing mirror in one open room. It was mostly clean, although we did find a fake fingernail near the couch.
The space felt functional rather than thoughtfully finished. There were adhesive strips and nails still on the walls where artwork appeared to have been removed.
Our room overlooked a busy intersection, so traffic noise was noticeable because the windows provided limited sound insulation. There was also a small hole in the bathroom window frame, which didn't affect our stay but seemed unusual.
The bed was comfortable, although it did not have a fitted sheet or mattress protector. I also paid an additional fee for bedding for the pullout couch, but it included only one sheet, one pillow, and two towels, which did not seem to match the extra charge.
The kitchenette was adequate for basic cooking, but supplies were limited. We could not find hand soap, there was a limited amount of toilet paper and trash bags, and very little dish soap. Dishwasher pods were provided.
Overall, the property met our basic needs as a convenient place to sleep and prepare simple meals, but it lacked some of the attention to detail that would have made the stay more comfortable.

Great stay! Free parking next to the building, great location - Whiskey Thief Distillery next door, Rabbit Hole just a short walk away. Great restaurants nearby. Unit was very clean and communication was great. We appreciated having a kitchen and full size fridge/freezer available - if you are reheating leftovers/takeout you will be fine. If you plan to scratch cook meals you may want to bring any specific pans/dishes you may need. I brought my own seasonings and cooking oils as well. The day of our stay we were sent a verification link that asked for either the purchase of a damage waiver, or a security deposit roughly equal to the cost of a night's stay which we were not expecting. We chose the deposit and the hold was lifted quickly after our stay, but this was not mentioned on Expedia when we booked.
