Location was great. Breakfast was disappointing. I have a gluten and dairy allergy. Ordered a veggie omelet without cheese and no toast. Omelet came out with cheese and toast. Returned and asked again for veggie omelet with no cheese or toast. Omelet came out with no veggies and not cooked. The waiter tried to say that was normal.

Excessively well located, impressive friendliness, famil own, link with the Opera restaurant situated just few blocks from the B&B,where we had meals at discount and our breakfast. On days where we had to leave earlier than the restaurant opening, the owner prepared a breakfast that included a fruit juice, a savoury and a sweet pastry delivered to our room into a nice bag.
A major issue is the room is noise level, coming from the outside which woke us up many time per night especially in the early morning when trucks picked up the garbage.p
Ear plugs were supplied !
Nevertheless, it worth it.

The room was very clean, and the location was excellent. It was within walking distance of all the main attractions, which made getting around very convenient.
However, there were a few issues with our stay. When I made the reservation, I clearly included three adults. The day before check-in, I received a message saying that the room I had booked was only for two guests, and I was charged an additional €120 for the third adult, who was my daughter. This was unexpected and disappointing.
Another concern was that on our second day, someone entered our room without any prior notice. When we returned, we found that the air conditioning had been turned off, making the room quite uncomfortable.
Overall, the cleanliness and location was excellent, but the unexpected extra charge and the lack of communication regarding entry into the room negatively affected our experience.
