The positives. SOME staff members were very friendly. The pools are beautiful. Location is convenient, walking distance to everything you may need. However, at check in we were greeted by a very rude lady who double charged my debit card & still insisted that we owed more. I requested to speak to a manager to which she rolled her eyes at me before she went to go find him. This manager proceeded to argue what was charged, even after being shown my bank statement online & calling the bank themselves to verify. He called the lady from the bank a liar and began yelling at her. Eventually the situation was resolved, however the entire thing was incredibly embarrassing. Our room was not ready, we were early, so no problem. 4pm, check in time, and our reserved room was still not ready. So, they changed our balcony room to one without (with no rate change) & 5pm we finally have a room. This room was mediocre at best. Showers had a build up of soap scum, couch and chairs stained, floors still sand covered, the hot water was room temp/warm at best with no water pressure. A towel attendant, Juan, felt the need to harass my Mom regarding smoking, threating to charge a $500 fee. FYI there are ZERO no smoking signs anywhere outside. Simply 1 that states designated smoking area. There are ashtrays at the bar, which was where she was at with others that were also smoking. He said nothing to them, only her. I would NOT recommend staying here. For the cost, there are MUCH better options.

We loved our stay at the Radisson Blu. It was perfect for a girls trip and I have to shoutout Santos who was so helpful and accommodating. The one drawback we found was that there was no late night food options and all the restaurants around the area are closed past 11. Other than that, the rooms were perfect, the infinity pool was lovely and we would recommend staying with big groups.

Wonderful all around, but a 500.00 dollar charge has yet to removed from my credit card. My bank is still negotiating with this hotel. Please be aware of your charges with this hotel.

Radisson Blu was excellent. After a flight cancellation in Miami, Radisson not only adjusted our bill they upgraded our reservation. Ziyara was fabulous at the front desk and greeted us every day after our daily excursions. Dana took our luggage to the room and showed us all around the resort. The location was fantastic and walkable to all the restaurants! We will stay there again when we return.

We loved our stay at the Radisson Blu. It was VERY close to the beach (we only took the shuttle once), as it was a quick walk. The pools were nice and not too crowded (especially the adult only pool). The rooms were huge and very clean. We loved our stay and would return! Our only downside was there are not enough chairs/umbrellas at the beach or at the pool. They changed their policy and instituted a reservation policy halfway through our stay and didn't communicate this. Otherwise, we loved our stay!

This is my 5th trip to Aruba. We love it so my review is coming from someone that knows the quality Aruba has to offer. This stay wasn’t it!! Pros: - Santos up front is amazing. The Hilton or Ritz should go offer this man a job!! - Rooms have nice space and are very clean. - Housekeeping was great. Con’s: - Took money everyday for incidentals but room service and coffee shop weren’t part of the hotel. I had to pay CC at both places. - Beach access/service is awful. No chairs by 9:30am. Beach was smelly and dirty by their location. See pics!! You also had to walk or take shuttle. I knew this. The shuttle wasn’t always available as they have Santos doing everything!! - The only people that greeted guests were Santos and his guys at the door. Not one person at front desk or concierge could be bothered. - never enough pool chairs. So much space not enough chairs smh. - Bar by pool horrible drinks if not a beer. Teach the poor kid how to make the drinks if you going to put him there. - I called and mentioned my wife’s 40th. Nothing in the room like promised. If you are going to Aruba for the first time try 1. Hilton 2. Grand Hyatt 3. Marriott Surf Club

My solo trip was worry-free and delightful, thanks to the outstanding service. To the person who assisted with my check-in (apologies for forgetting your name), your thorough explanations and helpfulness made me feel safe and informed. From answering my questions to arranging taxis, the service was impeccable. A special thanks the person offered me champagne at check-in, helping with luggage, and providing a detailed tour of the hotel and my room. The hotel's interior and exterior are stunning, and the friendliness of everyone I encountered added to the overall positive experience. My room was spacious, well-maintained, and the cleaning staff always came at convenient times. I left feeling relaxed and rejuvenated. I highly recommend and look forward to returning. Thank you for a fantastic stay!

Very nice hotel. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Rooms and grounds were clean and well cared for. Even though the beach is about a five minute walk or a short, free shuttle ride away, it was a great location with a nice bar near it. Had a great time and would stay here again.

The drinks at both bars were the worst I have ever had. My first day there, the woman at the outside bar didn’t even know how to make the drink is we asked for! The drinks had no taste to them and barely any alcohol. Beverage manager needs to step up their game!!!!! Very disappointing.

I especially liked the cleanliness of the property except there was no one picking up waste in the pool areas. I noticed cups laying all afternoon. The staff was exceptionally friendly and helpful. The whirlpool did not work during my entire visit - very disappointing. Pool water was a little chilly.

Great choice for a hotel in the high-rise hotel area. Not directly on the beach, so we didn't have to deal with a lot of foot traffic. But to get to the beach was only a five-minute (if that!) walk or a 1-minute shuttle courtesy of the hotel. Great facilities -- infinity pool was lovely. Rooms were big and spacious and clean. Staff were extremely helpful and friendly. And lots of restaurants and shops in the area within walking distance.

Wonderful hotel! Staff was amazing (shout out to Santos!), it was clean, modern and peaceful. You could walk to a ton of restaurants and shops while being just out of the way of all the crowds. Would definitely recommend!

Everyone was very friendly! The couch in our room had a stain on the arm, but other than that the room was spotless. They had some great technology with their bracelet key access and streaming through a QR code on the TV, which was a great way to wind down at the end of the night. This hotel is not on the beach, but they have a shuttle that runs, or it's a quick 5 minute walk. The center across the street is very touristy, but it has everything you could need. The coffee place in the hotel (The Clover) had great coffee and breakfast choices, but they were out of several smoothie options. All in all, an excellent experience, especially considering how much less it was than the hotels that were 200 yards away. Highly recommend!

great price for the offering. rooms need better air circulation. and the wifi was down for 2 days due to an island outage that wasn't in their control. was hoping they would compensate with a later check out etc. but that wasn't possible due to someone else checking in. overall nice place, nice pool and very nice staff

The hotel was very nice, clean, and affordable. Transportation to the beach was a nice option. Walking distance to the strip. You are a 2 min walk to the beach or main strip. The bars at the hotel were not good. The rooms were converted condos. The infinity pool was beautiful and this resort definitely meets the clean and location test. I would stay again just know this is not a 5 star hotel. I would give this a 3 1/2.

The room we stay was one bedroom suite, in the kitchen there are full size fridge, microwave and coffee machine, dishwasher ,but no dishes, none. No stove or oven. Very strange settings. Towels in the room was very old and some of them even dirty. Very nice ,friendly people working there.

The ‘room’ was a large suite with a wonderful porch that faced the ocean. We loved the large refrigerator and freezer as well as the roomy, comfortable living room. We will definitely stay here again.

Property was very clean and convenient. Good staff. Did not have direct beach access which made the stay a little inconvenient however, the distance to the beach was not an issue and the dedicated beach loungers were well received. Have great pools but noticed very little use of the pools as they were too cold. Tempering of the pool water would have ensured better and more use of the pools.

The building is in a prime location, just 3 minutes walk from their beach where they offer complimentary sunbeds and umbrella (until available) and they offer also shuttle service. Staff is friendly, the place is well kept.
