Breakfast was really good.
Rooftop patio is amazing

If the room is correct, the breakfast is poor. The environment out of the hotel seems not safe.

Loved that the Hotel was in China Town area of Montreal. Lots of great restaurants right outside the door! Also, walkable to Old Montreal too.

Next to Chinatown… super convenient! Although Montreal is undergoing major constructions to their city roads, which was sometimes confusing it was worth the visit! The hotel was great and breakfast was excellent!! The staff was very friendly. The ladies in the morning breakfast were super nice.

My family stayed at the Hampton Inn for four nights and the location was awesome. We were able to park and walk to the old port, downtown, and to Chinatown. Parking was not included, but with the blue parking pass from the hotel, we were able to pay for one day, but can come and go as we pleased without paying extra.
The breakfast every morning was good, but the best part about the hotel for my family was the shower! The water pressure was amazing and they had a removable shower head which was so helpful.
Check-in took longer as I needed to wait for someone to check to make sure my room was ready, but check-out was a breeze.
We would definitely come back and stay here if we ever visit Montréal again.

Extremely bad house keeping and cleanliness of the room. I checked in and there was hair and dirt all over the room. After asking for full cleaning service it was the exact same, this was repeated 3 times. Unfortunately this drags down the overall experience .
The location of the hotel was good. Staff by the reception was nice.

I heartily recommend his hotel. I stayed here with my 9 year old daughter overnight. The beds were comfortable, the buffet breakfast was tasty, and the location is vibrant, right in the middle of Chinatown.
We had one minor annoyance, which occurred at the beginning of our stay. Looking for ice on the 4th floor, we found none. When an employee told us it was on the fifth, no one told us not to use the stairs. We ended up outside trying to find a way back into the hotel for several minutes, cold and wet because we were not wearing shoes.
I acknowledge that some of this is our fault. I hope that this review prevents other customers from making the same mistake (i.e., take the elevator instead of the stairs), and maybe prompts the hotel to inform their guests of this peculiar feature upon check in. Notwithstanding this minor episode, I would definitely return to the hotel.

The hotel is new and beautiful. It’s so clean and very comfortable. The bed was comfortable and the sheets smelled freshly washed. Big room and big bathroom. It had a full kitchen. A stove and a dishwasher. Plates, cutlery, cups, etc. The breakfast was delicious. Variety of food, coffee and juices. Highly recommend.

Our room was beautiful. Very nice hospitality and customer service. Delicious breakfast. I just don't feel comfy with pillows. So squishy.

The breakfast was really nice, front desk was very nice, area is good for being near to old Montreal, china town and stores. They could definitely do a better job at cleanliness. I had to ask multiple times to have our floors re sweeped and washed. There were hairs on the ground and on the sheets when we came in. They did rectify that, however I had to personally ask housekeeping to wipe the floor again because there were still hairs and rocks on the ground even after they cleaned the room. Also anytime you used the shower/bath, water leaked like crazy into the room near the bed.

Loved the location, everyone was very friendly. Breakfast was nice! Only complaint would be hearing our neighbors at night but that’s all!

We got stuck inside the elevator for 30mins.
Technician was not on site. Firefighters came. None of the staff came to check on us, not even a phone.
I reported at front desk in the morning and the staff is not even sincere on her apologies. Saying she can take off the parking fee. Its not that. Their customer service skills need to change.
Getting stuck in the elevator is not a JOKE.

I’ve stayed there twice in the past year. Location is central so easy to get to different parts of town. Staff really nice. Room super clean and modern. Very comfortable place to come back to. Breakfast great as well. I’ll stay there next visit for sure.

Very spacious room and bathroom, good location for visiting old Montreal and metro close by. We had a blanket with stains on it, the front desk manager assured us it would be replaced immediately. We returned late at night only to find the bed made with the same blanket with stains on it. It was very late so we went to the desk the following morning, manager was very apologetic, they did replace it the second day. We were offered a meal or beverage at the restaurant attached, to make it right with us. The neighborhood around the hotel is in disrepair, if rolling suitcases from the bus stop or metro it’s a short walk but crumbling sidewalks and holes make it a bit tricky. No fault of the hotel, but the area is not as nice as it used to be. Nice hotel and decent breakfast, but it has its cons.

We had 2 rooms booked and it was our third night at the hotel. Security came up and said there was an “anonymous noise complaint made from a cell phone”. I was extremely upset about how security spoke to us. We were told we were not allowed to “throw a party” when there were only 3 of us in our room and we were sitting there watching tv. I told security we will keep it down if we’re being too loud multiple times and the aggression and amount of times I was told the cops will be called made me feel targeted as a person of color. We brought it up to front desk and nothing was done about the situation other than front desk telling us security was third party as the security guard continued to stand there and berate us.

I highly recommend this location to anyone planning a visit to the area. All the tourist attractions are within walking distance from the hotel, and the abundance of food choices in Chinatown, where the hotel is centrally located, adds to the convenience. What sets this hotel apart, however, is the phenomenal complimentary breakfast they provide. It's a rare experience for our entire family to wake up every morning during our stay and gather together to enjoy the breakfast before 9 am. This ritual speaks volumes about the superb quality of the food.

Great location and good breakfast.

Although the hotel is generally in good shape, our room had a broken toilet seat and smelly shower curtains. Housekeeping services were poor and only provided upon request at the lobby. The hotel is located close to the metro but in a sketchy neighborhood. Breakfast was good!

The building was reasonably new; location was very convenient but not as safe.
