Our home can sleep up to 6 guests in three private and ornate bedrooms. This property sits at the base of Mt Sequoyah and is 2.5 miles from The University Of Arkansas. You are a short drive away from Dickson Street, local restaurants, craft brew pubs, shopping, live music, acclaimed trails, and all that Downtown Fayetteville has to offer! The Space: Parking is available directly behind the home under a two space carport. After walking down the driveway and through the orange front door, you will enter a small hallway that leads to the open concept living room, kitchen, and dining room. Behind the dining table you will find the entry to a small fenced backyard and patio seating for three people. Full floor plan including bedroom and bathroom layout is provided at the end of our listing photos. The open concept living room was thoughtfully designed with comfortable seating, a streaming ready 65-inch smart TV, and gas fireplace. The kitchen is fully stocked with new appliances and guest amenities giving you the opportunity to cook meals during your stay or host a small gathering with family and friends. Each bedroom is equipped with a 55-inch smart TV, ceiling fan, sound machine, and elegant bed linens. Our pristine bathrooms are replenished with ultra plush towels and bath essentials. Sleeping arrangements ★ Master bedroom (first floor) - king bed ★ Second bedroom (second floor) - queen bed ★ Third bedroom (second floor) - queen bed Guest amenities ★ Oven, gas stove, fridge, microwave, dishwasher, Keurig ★ Kcups, dishes, utensils, pots, pans, cookware ★ Paper towels and dishwasher detergent ★ Toilet paper, shampoo, conditioner, body wash ★ Laundry detergent and dryer sheets Guest Access: A code will be provided to access the front door. Guests will have access to the entire home, appliances, and amenities mentioned above. The amenities provided in our kitchen, bathrooms, and laundry room are enough to a guest started during a trip. We do not provide an excess amount of amenities for more than a couple of days. Guest are responsible for purchasing these items if they run out during their stay. Our cancellation policy is as follows: Bookings cancelled at least 30 days before the start of stay will receive a 100% refund minus a nonrefundable 3%* charge to cover credit/debit card processing fees. Bookings cancelled at least 14 days before the start of stay will receive a 50% refund minus a nonrefundable 3%* charge to cover credit/debit card processing fees. Otherwise, a refund will not be processed. *3% charge only applies if Stay NWA is responsible for payment collection. Thank you so much for making our stay so perfect! The house was very well stocked with all the comforts you would expect at home! It was the perfect place to relax after 4 days of wedding preparation and celebration. So nice to get away after hectic days!

Very nice property...comfortable and modern decor. Nicely cleaned upon our arrival. Easy check-in / check-out directions. Easy access to campus. Ample parking. Welcome basket was a nice touch. Could have more kitchen tools, pots, pans etc. but we made it work. Would definitely stay here again.

We have stayed on different homes while visiting our daughter in Arkansas, but this one takes the 5 stars with icing on the top! Everything was as described, and all the beds, sheets, and towels were of high quality. We believe that, if we are going to be away from out home, the place should be as good or better. Well, this place had that feel of a place you just don’t want leave from. Claire was very promptly with her responses through the check in and check out process. The instructions were clear, the location is awesome, with restaurants very near, and supermarkets including Harper’s and Walmart within 3 minutes from the house. Also, I can’t forget to mention the cleanliness of the place, and the great decoration taste. I will definitely stay here again if possible, whenever we plan to come visit our daughter in the near future. Thank you for making our trip extra special! P.S having a tv in every room was just so convenient and helped me out with my picky family!
