About this apartment rental
Recent apartment (2021) of 66 m² on the 2nd floor with elevator of a brand new residence.
Ideal for 2 families
Classified as a 3* furnished tourist accommodation
Apartment facing North/West.
The apartment consists of a living room with a seating area and a dining area. The kitchen is fully equipped with traditional oven, microwave/grill, 3-zone induction hob, dishwasher, combined fridge/freezer, raclette set, fondue machine, filter coffee maker, Senseo, toaster, kettle, ...
The living area has a flat-screen TV with built-in Netflix app, a MUSE sound tower, a coffee table, a non-convertible sofa as well as an armchair and a stool
A master bedroom with a 160X200 bed and wall cupboard which opens onto a bathroom with vanity unit, large shower, toilet, washing machine (bath mat provided)
Another bedroom has a 160X200 bed, a wall cupboard and a cabinet with a flat screen TV.
An 8m² alcove (closed by a curtain) can accommodate 4 people with these 2X2 bunk beds of 90X190 for 2 of them and 90X180 for the other 2.
All beds have a duvet, pillows with protection, mattress protector
Another bathroom is at your disposal with large shower, toilet and vanity unit (bath mat provided)
A balcony with a small table and chairs is also available.
Guests can also access a ski locker located next to the entrance to the building
The apartment is not suitable for people with reduced mobility.
You can easily park as you will have a closed garage as well as a reserved outdoor parking space in the residence.
Bakery/pastry shop, pizzeria, tobacconist, bike/ski rental right next to the building.
Bed linen and towels are not included in the rental but it is possible to rent them: €22/bed and €13/person for towels (supplement for a stay beyond one week for towels)
Children's booster seat (
You will be a 10-minute walk from the centre of St-Gervais and a 5-minute walk from the ice rink.
You can also use the Facilibus during the tourist season with the "Nerey" stop which is right next to the building.
The new LE VALLÉEN gondola (formerly Le Bettex) is just below the residence, on the other side of the road (3/4 minutes walk).
This new gondola, in operation since the beginning of September 2024, allows you to access Saint Gervais via the station in Le Fayet.
You can therefore do without a car if you come by plane from Geneva airport and then the train to Saint-Gervais-le Fayet station.
Access to the Thermes de Saint-Gervais via the wastewater elevator (put into operation at the beginning of August 2024) and which is a 10-minute walk from the apartment, which is completely free and takes you directly to the thermal baths parking lot.
A welcome gift will be offered to you as well as a small cleaning kit (dishwasher tablets, sponge, toilet paper rolls).
The keys are handed over through a key box. The departure is in person or independently depending on the schedule.

A beautiful, clean and perfectly equipped apartment. It sleeps 8, in two bedrooms with queen size beds and one with 4 twins in bunks. Although the bunks room is very small, the beds are comfortable and all eight of us slept well when all there (some did the TMB and camped out). The kitchen had all we needed to cook and eat, all appliances worked perfectly and the apartment was clean, full of natural light (nice little balcony where we sat as well as dried our laundry) it seemed brand new. The entrance is accessed with a code, it felt very safe as did the whole area, but it has a lot of tourists so it was nice to know not everyone could walk in. The building has an elevator which came in handy as well. We absolutely loved our stay and will definitely look to rent it again should we come back in the future. Thank you Mme Sahuc for great communication and for letting us enjoy your beautiful place!
