Wish I had read the reviews about the train. It was so close and so loud, there was no sleeping through that in the middle of the night.

Excellent price for quality of the room and facility, excellent breakfast, 24hr desk, helpful staff, comfortable staff, good guest temperature control of room.

Why is there only 2 towels in a room with two double beds and 4 people booked? Having to ask for more towels is silly. Poorly lit outside creates a potential unsafe environment. Having to get a physical key to attend the pool is not 2024 worthy and the pool needs some upgrades on ventilation at the pool. This hotel is in need of some serious upgrades.

My wife ask The front desk lady if there are breakfast included lady says” no breakfast included in your price room.” Wow. What a honest answer. I am so sorry to get your cheaper room price. Really.

Nice and convenient but most guests I met chose the accommodation because of hot tub and it was out of commission before I arrived and was Luke warm when myself and other guests used it.

It is always perfectly adequate and decent value for the price. I always stay here and it is perfectly comfortable even though its a little old and worn.

Lovely sit down breakfast with voucher which covered much of our meal. Bathrooms need a little refresh but very satisfactory in terms of cleanliness and function.

Check-in was smooth. Property is in huge need of an update. Walls are paper thin, mattresses sag and flimsy pillows. A step above sleeping on chair in son’s room at the hospital, but not by much!!

We only stayed for one night.... but it was awesome.... the room was really nice... and super clean... the staff was happy and helpful... even in the middle of the night... and the breakfast.... more than expected.... excellent stay....

Noisy from the traffic. The pillows needed to be replaced. The waitress was great but the breakfast was very slow. New chef she said. The whole placexlooked dingy, tired. We had stayed there twice before but not next time. When i asked the front desk what would the senior rate would be per night she said$140! Amazing. Crazy.

Was given a room at the back, away from the highway so was quieter. Clean room and comfortable bed.
No elevator but an easy walk up a short flight of stairs.
Only stayed one night, so didn't get a chance to check out the pool and workout room.
All in all, a good stay.

Property has a great breakfast. The area is loud. I dont understand why they would put people in the front of hotel, unless booked fully. Bathroom fan was very noisy, to the point of distraction. Heat worked great but air conditioner sounded like a freight train. Bed was comfortable.

Great value for the money. Staff was friendly and very helpful. Room was quiet, very clean and well laid out, Pool was a comfortable temperature and breakfast was good. My only complaint would be is the chain lock on the door was broken. It's such an easy fix and not costly at all so I can't quite grasp why it's broken. That said, I'd certainly stay there again.

This hotel is aging but fine. The price was very low, everything was clean, and we were comfortable. Staff was friendly and helpful. Would probably stay again if I needed a place in Cranbrook on short notice.

So disappointed in this stay. We’ve stayed here several times before when visiting family. Initially we were given a horrible grungy room with chunks of ceiling missing. We asked for an updated room & were moved to a “fully renovated room” according to the attendant that looked identical. Very old & dated w stained carpet & poor plumbing. Ceiling was intact though. Biggest issue was that our key cards would not work. In the 5 days we were there we had to get re-keyed between 12-15 times. Sometimes having to wait behind people checking in, clerk busy on the phone or talking with other staff. It became pretty frustrating & they offered nothing to us for the inconvenience. We will stay elsewhere from now on after this experience.
