Located on the 1st floor with a panoramic view of the horses, you will discover a pretty studio in the middle of nature with all the comforts.
At your disposal: Free Wi-Fi, reversible air conditioning, 140cm comfort bed, bath and bed towels. Kitchen area: kitchenette, electric hob, microwave oven, kettle, Senseo coffee maker, toaster, kitchen and table equipment. Bathroom: shower and toilet. Cosy area: sofa, coffee table. Tranquility assured thanks to good sound and thermal insulation.
Outside: nice sheltered terrace, barbecue, picnic table, ping-pong table, darts, deckchairs, outdoor games, access to the 36-hectare estate...

Your companions are allowed if they are sociable, clean and respectful of the interior of the accommodation. They will not be allowed to stay alone in the accommodation. (Box available according to your choice). Supplement / pet.
Your horse can also take advantage of our meadows for an equestrian stopover (extra charge).
About 1H30 from Paris - 55 minutes from Orléans - 30 min from Montargis and Gien. Near Sully sur Loire, Dampierre en Burly power station... Come and spend a quiet stay in the small town of Lorris, capital of the Orléans forest, rich in history. 6 leisure centres are less than 45 minutes away by car. Follow the wonders of nature throughout the seasons, the banks of the Loire, framed by a dozen castles, all less than an hour's drive away.
