I recommend this historical apartment to all that love cosy old and beautiful place with character.

No breakfast available, selfcatering property.

Exceptional cosy place in beautiful historical city of Ratternberg. Very clean, with character and lots of amenities. The host Mr. Martin is very nice, showing us everything necessary in a couple of minutes even at late check in. Thank you Martin. We really loved to stay at your place.

Like in a movie about middle ages but with full comfort

Martin's apartment is located in a very special place: the smallest house of the smallest town in Austria. The whole town is a pedestrian zone and is very beautiful. It is only tens of meters from the nice Inn embankment. There is a castle on the hill directly above the house. The town has quite a bit of history to learn, even the neighboring house is proud of His Highness Erzherzog Ferdinand spending some time in it! Though the town is a pedestrian zone, you are entitled to drive beside your house to load/unload your possessions and to park for free at a nearby (again, just 50 meters away) parking zone, which is otherwise paid: Martin gives you a license which you keep under the windshield. The apartment is well furnished, equipped and maintained. It is visible that everything is taken care of and thought through. The host and his wife are the main reason you should come there. I think I've never met so cordial, calm ("no-fuss, no-haste") and positive host before. I highly recommend Martin's apartment and would gladly come stay there again!

Superb

right at the beginning of old town, you can park your car for loading and unloading in front of the building. very nice kitchen and living space, clean bathroom, all was there, easy checkin/checkout

parking card only for 1 car, otherwise nothing really

Exceptional

Very helpful, friendly owner of a lovely, warm apartment within a 500 year old house...the smallest in Rattenberg. Very good communication and flexible check in arrangements. Good cooking facilities in this very well equipped apartment. Rattenberg is a beautiful, old, photogenic village. Parking was free very close by. We really enjoyed our one night stay and would love to stay again.

We were totally satisfied with our stay.
