Unit 1406 is perfect for the whole family, and comfortably sleeps 8, with a king bed in the master, queen in the second bedroom, queen in the third bedroom, and a queen sofa sleeper. This unit has panoramic views of the Gulf of Mexico and is located next door to the world famous Flora Bama. What is provided during your stay: Linens are provided, as well as a starter set of amenities that will typically last for the first 24 hours of your stay. The amenity starter pack includes the following items: one dishwasher detergent packet, one miniature bottle of dishwashing liquid soap, one roll of paper towels, one trash can liner in each trash can, one packet of powder laundry detergent, one roll of toilet paper in each bathroom, one bath soap bar in each full bathroom, and one hand soap bar in each bathroom. Each property is set up with four bath towels, four washcloths, two hand towels, and one bath mat, per full bathroom. One hand towel is provided for each half bathroom. Sheets, pillowcases and quilts are provided for each bed in the property. What we recommend you bring: Paper towels, toilet paper, trash bags, hairdryer, napkins, condiments, spices, dishwashing liquid, laundry soap, coffee and coffee filters, beach towels, umbrella, beach toys, sunscreen, and anything else you may need for your perfect vacation. We stayed a full week from Saturday to Saturday during spring break. The room was absolutely amazing, the views were beautiful, the beach was clean and pristine. We will absolutely be back. In addition, my wife suffers from extreme OCD and she said this was the first time she was able to actually relax. She didn't find anything that triggered her OCD and we had an amazing time!!!

We took our first trip to Orange Beach and it was such a beautiful place! Our condo was the perfect size and everything was in good working condition. The light on the balcony didn't work though. I had read in a previous review that it wasn't working, so I thought for sure a month later it would of been fixed. Also, the outdoor pool was closed for maintenance, which was a disappointment because the weather was so beautiful, we definitely would of used it. We will be back!

Only complaints: balcony light didn't work (reported it and received acknowledgement), still doesn't work, right master bath sink drain is slow and needs adjusting, last but not least a metal sheet pan for the kitchen would be a nice addition.

We enjoyed our Christmas staycation! We are locals and weren't able to go away due to our aging dachshund, so we chose to stay close to home and enjoy our beautiful Alabama beaches! Our favorite spot was on the balcony ~ the view was spectacular! Plenty of space for four adults; condo was clean; well stocked with blankets & towels; and the beds were comfy! This is a great condo for enjoying some quality family time!
