Barbara is a great host and her home was the perfect home for our large group. We had a great time and the neighborhood was also beautiful. The house was very clean and we couldn't have asked for more.

The property was perfect for our group. The house itself was very clean and had more than enough room for our group of 13. It is as described and the location to the pool, beach, track, and downtown was perfect. We totally enjoyed our time and would highly recommend this property to groups of all types

Large, spacious home that comfortably accommodated 10 adults. Perfect location for all excursions (lake, track, downtown) etc. Host very easy to work with. House very clean. Nice back porch to sit and relax. Perfect stay.

We had a great time staying at this location. Barbara was very accommodating and excellent at communicating with us. House and amenities were in great condition and this is the perfect location to downtown Saratoga. Would definitely stay here again.

The house is beautiful. We had 10 adults staying here and we were very comfortable. The house is well equipped. The HOA was great. We used the pool, hot tub and pickleball courts. It was very close to Saratoga springs. The owner was very responsive to all our needs. I would definitely stay here again.

Barbara made the check in process so easy, our group of 9 ladies jumped right into our weekend! 10 min from so many incredible amenities and activities. Cannot recommend enough, we look forward to coming back!

Beautiful, well-appointed house. Very comfortable with all the amenities to make you feel at home. Barbara was very responsive and welcoming. Location is within a quick 10 minute walk to the HOA center where the pool, a beach, exercise room and tennis courts are and a 10 minute drive into downtown Saratoga Springs. Would highly recommend

Great location for families. Has access to indoor pool and additional amenities which are great for kids. Eight minutes to grocery store and Target and ten minutes to downtown area and horse track. Barbara was easy to reach and communicative the entire trip while providing additional dish ware for Thanksgiving.

This house was a fantastic place for our group. The home is new, updated, spacious and perfectly located for getting to downtown Saratoga. All of the rooms were great and the home is very well stocked with everything you need to to have a great stay. Next time I’m in Saratoga, I would very likely return to this property.

This was my first time in Saratoga NY and it did not disappoint. Firstly the house is beautiful, as well as the neighborhood. The location is absolutely perfect. It's close to the highway and also a five minute drive or less to everything we had planned. We were close to the SPAC for a concert, the racetrack for Traver's Day, and on Sunday we rented a pontoon boat on Saratoga Lake. We had five couples and the house has enough bedrooms for everyone to have their own space and bathrooms, with a living room/kitchen big enough that everyone was able to hang out comfortably... It's new, clean, spacious and beautiful! Would absolutely rent again :)

This house was brand new, the host said we were the first people to stay at this Vrbo. The house was very large, so we were all very comfortable. We had a few questions which were answered promptly. The owner offered to have her son come out to get the cords to the downstairs tv set up, but didn't need his help after all. We had family members come by in the evening time for diner and had plenty of room. The location was convenient and the facilities at the HOA were very nice. We would definitely stay here again!
