We were allowed to adjust the booking mid-stay, huge thank you to you!
The apartment was exceptionally clean (we even moved a sofa to watch movies and the floor underneath it was spotless).
The kitchen had all pots/utensils needed, as well as coffee :)
Extras: Mirror in the bathroom perfect for make up, shower pressure strong.
The location is at the city centre so naturally walkable.
Will definitely be booking again if we are in Ljubljana.

Clean, location, apt size.
Be careful when booking these apartments! On booking it only told us to choose the apartment, and then contact them to say whether we would like a double, whether we would like one that you go up a ladder to the bed, or whatever choices were available at the time. When booking we wanted a double room, which we confirmed 3 times (both in writing and over the phone) and were assured we would get.... Only to get a twin at the end. If they had told us honestly that it would be a twin, we would have switched to another provider, so we do feel cheated! And yes, they knew the assigned apartment is only a twin, yet they chose to hide that information even in later communication with us on booking when we were double checking that we are really getting a double... Yes the beds were comfortable, but it simply was not what we asked for! When we raised the issue when checking in, they told us that we were assigned to apt 1 which is a twin and we are in the correct apt... Didn't even apologize for what is clearly a mistake on their end for assigning us the wrong room. This shows that their customer support is also lacking.
