L'appartement est propre ,calme et très bien équipé. Nous voulions être proche de l'aéroport.
Nous avons été très bien accueillis. Nous avons trouvé un souk de nuit, très animé et nous avons pu profiter d'une bonne dernière soirée marocaine.

Big apartment, very close to the airport, seamless check-in even at a very late hour. (except from the driver pick-up from the airport, who came in late at anyway a very late flight)
Only one bathroom, that didn't lock.

Amabilidad de los anfitriones, súper limpio, grande, bien equipado: WiFi rápido, Netflix, ducha hidromasaje... Al lado del aeropuerto. Supermercado a 100 metros y puestos de comida rápida.
Pensábamos que mi hija había perdido un pendiente en la cama y el anfitrión me ofreció una noche extra si lo encontraba el servicio de limpieza.
Comunicación fácil y fluida por WhatsApp, en castellano.

No sabíamos que era un apartamento dentro de un bloque de pisos. Pero no fue ningún impedimento para pasar la noche. Descansamos muy bien, tanto nosotros cómo las 3 niñas. Había mucho silencio.

Gute Lage (Nähe zum Flughafen), Parkplätze vor dem Wohnblock, saubere Wohnung gut für fünfköpfige Familie geeignet. Tochter verlor einen Ohrenstecker und wir merkten dies erst nach Retournierung des Schlüssels. Inhaber kümmerte sich rasch darum, so dass wir mit der Reinigungskraft nochmals in die Wohnung konnten und sie den Stecker tatsächlich fand. Vielen dank.
Klimaanlage nur in einem Schlafraum und Wohnzimmer. Es ging aber auch so.

Nice 3 bedroom apartment and suitable for my family of five.
Very close to the airport which is what we wanted.
Good air conditioning which made our stay more comfortable.
The shower was good with good pressure as well.
We only stayed one night.
Nothing.
It took a bit of time to cool the place when we arrived late at night. So some of us just crashed in the living room to sleep.

-Appartment is very close to the airport, if you only have hand baggage its easy to go by feet to the airport (15 to 20 min.)
-Internet worked good and fast
- The building is not easy to find, especially when you drive by yourself with Google Map
- Area where the buiding is, is pretty "ugly" due to the construction activities close to it

The location was near the airport. It was easy to get to the airport! The room was very clean and there were enough kitchen utensils for us to use. We were a group of 8 people and we all had a great time at this apartment. Overall, we had a great time at this accomodation! The TV had netflix and youtube!
I think it would have been better if there was a hair dryer! Besides that, everything was great!

The location is great. It is about 10-15mins walk from the airport and 4 mins by taxi. There is a small supermarket at the corner of the building block, or a market with wonderful fried fish stalls, bakeries, fruit stalls, etc across the main road. Car parking is available. The accommodation is furnished at a high standard with lovely air-conditioning available in the master bedroom and the living room. Netflix is available too. The place is very clean and has all the cooking equipment and utensils needed. We arrived an hour earlier than expected and the owner was happy for us to check in early. I would be more than happy to stay at this accommodation and take a taxi for a day trip into Marrakech centre which is about 15 -20mins by taxi, depending on traffic.

We booked the apartment for ease of access to the airport. Its a modern apartment, nicely done and neat. The Owner kept in touch with us all the way to ensure that we get into the apartment with ease. The picture on the booking.com does not do justice to the beauty and cleanliness of the apartment. The owner is advised to take better pictures.to showcase the apartment better. Eventhough we stayed just one night, we will surely be booking the apartment again whenever we visit Marrackech

Beautiful large apartment, clean, nice owners who will be happy to advise you. Excellent access to both the airport and the center, bus stop L12 in front of the house. We will definitely come back here in the future. WiFi connection very good, the best during our stay in Morocco.

The owner, Abdelilah, was incredibly professional, friendly and went out of his way to make sure we felt at home. He was also extremely flexible with our very late arrival time from our flight. It felt like I was going to a home, not to a reservation on booking. His hospitality was second to none. Many thanks!

My stay was very pleasant I have surprised by the size of the apartment and the finishes of the décor. I had prebooked a airport shuttle for a reasonable price even with my plane being belayed by an hour it was no problem, the Wi-Fi connection was really good I was able to get some work done and call family.
I was able to chat with the host ahead of time and he was helpful and friendly to make sure that the apartment was ready before hand and driver waiting for me at the airport everything was seamless
it was very quiet which helped me get some much needed rest.
Im glad I had arranged the shuttle with my host as I wouldn't of been able to locate the apartment with the building looking like it was unfinished but you cant judge a book by its cover as the apartment was great

Apartment was very clean and with a modern finish. high end branded electronics such as television and AC in all rooms. Has everything you need in home. great for family and group visits to Marrakech. No noise from surrounded properties and very safe! had a great sleep

They need to have a kettle to make hot drinks . The gas balloon wasn't working so we had no gas to make breakfast and not much of help. Apart from that all amazing and good value for money.
