Location in the old town was perfect! There are lots of people out there on the streets and for some people it can be a problem but for us it was not. There was heavy heat these days in Bilbao but we had a fan in the room and it was enough for us. As a personal moment, they prepared our room for check-in much earlier than it was generally possible. Cute balconies in our room and lounge room with great views to the old town streets.
It will be nice to have some kind of fridge (at least in the lounge room) because we couldn't bring some beverages and drink it at home, especially during such a heavy heat. Also there was no cleaning during our 3 nights (maybe we just missed how it works)

Posizione è eccellente, nel cuore del centro storico. Complessivamente nella struttura sì sta bene, la camera è accogliente, all'arrivo due bottigliette d'acqua, bei affacci sulle vie circostanti
La pulizia potrebbe decisamente essere migliorata, sia della camera che dei bagni... comunque niente di sconvolgente.

la posizione della struttura è assolutamente il suo punto di forza in quanto situata nel centro storico di Bilbao
purtroppo la struttura non è dotata di infissi insonorizzati e la movida rovina la qualità del riposo . Le porte delle camere sono molto vecchie e consunte e , insieme al parquet , contribuiscono alla rumorosità dell'appartamento . Le stanze affittate nell' "ostello" sono cinque ed il via vai delle persone, a tutte le ore, risulta fastidioso .
