The guesthouse is ideally located right across from the bus and train stations and very close to the Old Town. It meets the visitor's needs quite well; the rooms are comfortable, and the mattresses are excellent. Basic amenities like a fridge and kettle are provided. What stands out most, however, is the kindness and courtesy of the owner and her entire family. I truly appreciated how they supported me during a minor, temporary health issue, treating me as if I were a member of their own family.
Both the exterior and interior of the building are in need of some improvements and maintenance. However, I would say it is an excellent value-for-money choice.

El alojamiento estaba bien y tenía una buena ubicación, cerca del centro de Mostar. Además, la propietaria nos recomendó varios sitios para visitar y comer, y fue un detalle que nos permitiera dejar el equipaje en las escaleras del portal hasta que llegara nuestro transporte.
Tuvimos varios inconvenientes con la gestión de la estancia. No recibimos las indicaciones para acceder al alojamiento con antelación y tuvimos que insistir para que nos las enviara por WhatsApp. Tampoco estaba presente cuando llegamos. Inicialmente nos dijo que pagaríamos la habitación por la noche, pero después nos escribió por la tarde cuando estábamos visitando la ciudad. Finalmente acordamos pagar a las 10 de la mañana siguiente, pero se presentó varias horas antes y nos despertó para cobrar, algo bastante incómodo.
Por otro lado, el alojamiento que recibimos no coincidía con el que habíamos reservado: nuestra reserva era para un apartamento con cocina y finalmente nos dieron una habitación que únicamente tenía una nevera, sin cocina.
En general, la estancia fue correcta por la ubicación y por algunos detalles de la propietaria, pero la falta de organización y, sobre todo, que la habitación no correspondiera con la reservada, hicieron que la experiencia no fuera tan buena como esperábamos.
