UNPROFESSIONAL/DONT STAY HERE!

Absolutely nothing. Unprofessional behavior.

Extremely disappointing and unprofessional Our booking was cancelled just two hours before check-in, after I messaged the property to ask for the check-in details. We had already paid the required €500 security deposit well in advance, and had provided everything requested. Despite this, the property cancelled our booking on the day we were due to arrive, claiming that information was missing. What made the situation even worse was the complete lack of communication. They did not respond to our messages or answer any of our phone calls. I eventually called from a different number, which they answered because they did not recognise the number. During that call, they discussed our booking and told me that the cancellation was Booking.com's error, and that they had everything they needed from us. They said they would contact Booking.com to resolve the issue and call me back. They never called back. After that, they ignored every further message and phone call. While our money was eventually refunded, the way the situation was handled was completely unacceptable. Cancelling a confirmed booking on the day of check-in, only two hours beforehand, left us scrambling to find alternative accommodation and caused a huge amount of unnecessary stress and disruption. I cannot say for certain what happened, but given the circumstances, it left us questioning whether the apartment had been double-booked or whether the property simply failed to take responsibility for an error. Either way, the complete lack of communication and accountability was extremely unprofessional. I would strongly recommend being very cautious when booking this property. A refund does not make up for cancelling someone's accommodation at the last minute and then refusing to communicate with them.

Brilliant apartment -not great location

Apartment was very spacious and well kitted out. Air con was brilliant. The complex felt very safe.

Large and comfortable apartment in a very convenient location.

Very convenient location. Large flat with amazing views from balcony.

It’s a bit dated, no floor towels for when you get out of shower. Dishwasher doesn’t dry the dishes.

Location

Not so clean, not many plates and glasses etc., some things did not work when we arrived, the balcony was wet due to air condition and was not easy to Open the glass windows. However they repaired broken things Quick so the staff was good.
