Great location, very convenient private parking, spacious apartment.
Bed linen, blankets and towels should be replaced or better cleaned.

The location was excellent and the host was very friendly and helpful in text exchanges.
The beds were quite uncomfortable and the sheets felt quite old. It may be worth investing in this. The coverings on the couches also made the living room feel unusable.

good location, near city center, spacious with 3 rooms, confortable garage to park a small car.
house was not confortable (no confortable furniture in the living room to sit). rooms not very confortable too (foam matresses) and in one of the rooms the sheets were not clean (they had stains). also the lighting was not welcoming. basement downstairs smells like mould and humidity, we never went there. bathroom towels were also too old to use. in the end the host asked us to take out the trash ourselves.

Die Lage des Apartments ist sehr gut, in der Nähe gibt es kleine Lebensmittelgeschäfte und Cafés, das Zentrum von Ostuni ist zu Fuß gut zu erreichen. Der eigene Parkplatz ist sinnvoll.
Der Anmeldeprozess über die verwaltende Agentur ist kompliziert und zeitraubend, Schlüsselabholung aus Schlüsselbox an der Agentur, es gab keinen persönlichen Kontakt.
Es muss den Gästen klar sein, dass in diesem historischen Gebäude die Türen zur Straße im Wohnraum und einem Schlafzimmer die Tageslichtquellen sind, sie öffnen direkt auf die Straße. Der Verkehr fließt nah dort vorbei, gerade am Wochenende war es sehr belebt und laut. Die alten Gemäuer sind eher dunkel und riechen muffig. Die historischen Möbel sind nicht funktional und unbequem, die Ausstattung der Küche ist mangelhaft und zusammengewürfelt.
