About this villa rental
In Calella de Palafrugell, a beautiful authentic village, I propose you to rent a pretty house surrounded by a pleasant Mediterranean garden, with a swimming pool. On the seafront between Perpignan and Barcelona, far from the tourist bustle, Calella is a small fishing village, bordered by 5 coves and beaches, offering a Spanish way of life, giving pride of place to the restoration, the walk and the swimming. VentdeMar is a little high up in a peaceful area surrounded by pine trees and nice neighbors. The beaches and the village are reached in ten minutes on foot by paths and steps: the descent is easy, the climb a little more sporty. The house is open to a wooded enclosed garden, several levels, several regional terracotta terraces, offering various spaces for meals and rest according to the sunshine. The swimming pool, heated in the inter-seasons, perfectly complements it. A large living room very bright allows joyful moments of conviviality with family or friends. Two double rooms are equipped with 160 beds. An office room has 2 armchairs convertible into 2 beds 70 or 1 bed 140, sleeping good quality (likoolis). A bathroom with Italian shower rivals the outdoor heated shower.If the small sea air is not enough to protect from the big heats, air conditioning by aerothermic is installed and to enjoy the pleasures of the Emporia in winter, fireplace and ecological heating. The house is not very convenient for people with reduced mobility, the presence of steps in front of the terrace can be dangerous for young children. The pool is equipped with an alarm.

Wonderful house for a stay with 4 adults. We had everything we needed and the location of the house is perfect. Hiking, relaxing, beachlife, citytrips nearby, a lot of possibilities.Really good equipped kitchen and very comfortable beds, lovely pool.One very small remark: a second towel per person would be fine.

The villa was clean and well laid out in a quiet location a 20 minute walk from the town, which made for a relaxing break.
