About this house rental
Rents pretty house with superb views of the vineyards and large swimming pool located in a preserved setting, on the Plateau des Gras less than 5 minutes from the village of Les Vans and 10 minutes from the rivers. The house is south facing.
Swimming pool of 10.6 x 4 in a pretty plot of 1700m2 facing the mountains and surrounded by olive trees.
The house is independent, comfortable and completely renovated.
Accessible by an external staircase, you enter the living space with TV lounge area (2 sofas and flat screen TNT), living room and open, integrated and fully equipped kitchen (dishwasher, induction hob, oven, microwave, fridge/freezer, kettle, coffee maker, electric plancha.
A 1st bedroom with a view of the mountains and equipped with a 140 cm bed.
The second bedroom with 2 beds in 90 cm and its private bathroom with shower and toilet.
The last bedroom, with a 140 cm bed, gives you access to the covered terrace. This is ideal for meals, plancha with a view of the pool and the garden.
1 private swimming pool of 4 x 10.6 with alarm.

1 petanque court

For your comfort, the whole house is equipped with reversible air conditioning to enjoy in all seasons.
Put down your suitcases and enjoy the service of beds made on arrival and towels included.
You will recharge your batteries in a beautiful quiet place in the middle of unspoilt nature.
Many activities are also nearby:
-you are 2 kilometers from the Chassezac river: swimming, canoeing, canyoning..
-Bike rides, paragliding, sailing on the lake of Villefort.
Take the time to go for a walk in the Bois de Païolive and in the beautiful villages of character: Banne, Naves, Barjac, Balazuc, Thines, Ruoms and to visit the many caves in the surrounding area such as the famous Chauvet Cave or the Aven d'Orgnac. The great must-sees of the South Ardèche are nearby and await you!
Every Saturday the Vans market is held, authentic and ideal for tasting delicious local products and sun-drenched fruit.
Non-smoking villa, pets not allowed.
The pool is open from the end of April to the end of September (for the beginning of April and the beginning of October, send a message).
Weekly rental in July and August.
Arrival around 4 pm, departure 10 am.
Bed linen and towels provided.
Deposit of 1500€.
