The entrance hall leads to four accommodations, each combining private facilities with a distinctive relationship to the surrounding gardens.

A wood-fired oven and professional kitchen are also available for culinary service provided exclusively by the villa staff. Two guest bathrooms conveniently serve the outdoor entertaining area.
The swimming pool and shared whirlpool are not heated.

La Rosa is approximately a 15-minute drive from Sorrento and a 10-minute walk from the centre of Massa Lubrense, combining convenient access to local amenities with a more secluded residential setting.
Private on-site parking is available for up to five cars. The access road is exceptionally narrow, however, and guests are advised to avoid renting a car or to choose a small vehicle suitable for the local conditions.

When a minimum of participants is mentioned, it means that for groups smaller of 8ppl the service will
be available only by paying as 8, if a group is composed of 8ppl or more, everyone will have to attend the service and pay for it.
In order to arrange check-in, the guest must contact the key older at least 24 hours before the arrival.

We actually stayed at Villa Molini, not Villa Rosa. Villa Rosa that we rented is in Sorrento, but Villa Molini is in Massa Lubrense, which is about 15 min taxi outside of Sorrento. The VRBO listing showed photos and a description of Villa Molini, but the villa name and map location on the listing were for Villa Rosa. This very much surprised us when we arrived, but we adapted. Our extended family of 10 had an amazing stay at Villa Molini. Lisa, Suzy, and Nello are just amazing, wonderful, warm people who welcomed us like family. From 77 to 17 years old, we had the best holiday ever!! Thank you!!! Villa Molini is a gorgeous, relaxing paradise. Suzy made the best breakfasts, Nello kept the grounds and pools looking wonderful, and Lisa helped us arrange everything from taxis to Sorrento for shopping, cooking classes, excursions to Pompeii and Herculaneum, boat tours of Almafi and Positano...etc. We cannot say enough good things about not just the villa but the staff. My elderly parents are both battling cancer and have trouble walking. No problems at all. The staff made them feel so cared for and not burdensome. They truly made our holiday so special. THANK YOU!!

The villa, including the grounds and amenities was fabulous. The pool area, the majestic views, the dining areas – all were amazing.
