Great central location, car park was at the back door, having spent a week and half on the go with my elderly mother this appartment was perfect for her to relax with space to move around in, ide recommend it to others.

Found the heating controls a bit tricky but worked it out in the end.

It was exactly as described and the directions that we were given were spot on making it easy to find. There are renovations being made to the stairwell but access is not hindered. The apartment is in a great location, easy walking distance of Perth Concert Hall (attending a gig there was the reason for our visit). It is modern, bright and clean. I had a really good night's sleep in a comfortable double bed. I like to have a window open at night for some fresh air and even though my room overlooked the street it was quiet. We only used the kettle, mugs and wine glasses! but the kitchen looked well appointed. There were plenty of towels available and the shower over the bath had good water pressure and was nice and hot. Having a parking space for somewhere in such a central location was a real bonus. The lane to the parking area is narrow - perfect for a small compact car, e.g. Hyundai i10 but it might prove tricky for a wide 4x4!

Only having time for a one night stay there!! As there was prior notification of the renovations and the narrow access lane I have no complaints to make.

The property is very central and near to shops and theatre. the car parking space was handy.

Despite finally finding the instructions for the oven, it was impossible to get the settings to work. we had brought a pie with us so it had to be cooked in the microwave with was certainly not ideal.

Excellent location. Flat is spotlessly clean and very well kitted out. Large rooms. Beds including sofa bed are very comfortable. We would definitely stay there again

Only slight down side was we seemed to be in a bit of a phone signal dead spot which made ordering takeaway food very hard. We ended up going out to get it. That's not anything the owners can control but maybe the inclusion of WiFi would be a very useful addition.

Perfect place for a trip to Perth. Lovely flat. Very well equipped, immaculately clean and comfortable. Great central location.

The location is central and the flat was very clean and welcoming. The host was good at communicating ahead of our stay. Nice touches like handwash in bathroom and also water/milk in fridge. Wished we had been able to stay longer. The car parking space was also very convenient as we arrived late and left early in the morning to catch a flight.

The parking is difficult to access along a VERY narrow lane. Trying to navigate it in the dark and rain was a little stressful as I have a 4x4 and had to fold my wing mirrors in and crawl along. The entrance to the building from the car park is also off-putting as its a very old building needing repair as the staircase is exposed stone and doesn’t match up to how lovely the flat is once inside.

Don't let the walk up to the flat deter you, as it's being refurbished, but as said above flat it self is lovely. Entrance to Parking is a bit tight for any wider cars but fine :)

It was spotless, everything is brand new and exquisitely furnished. Don't be misled by the exterior, it's a wee gem. Absolutely central, 1 min from High St, river Tay and a huge lovely park. Landlord extremely kind and helpful
