We travel extensively and pay attention to reviews before booking. I also read about the amenities to make sure we are getting what we need on our trip.
I had asked for an early checkin and got a notification that it wasn’t possible. Therefore, we did not rush to get there. As we were half way to AZ, we had a new notification that we could have an early check in. By that time we ended up hitting a lot of traffic and wouldn’t get there for an early check in.
Once upon arrival it was incredibly hard finding your location, because there was NO sign outside (as pictured on the virtual concierge)
We drove around for over 40 minutes trying to find the entrance and where to check in. I had issues getting into the door with the code given, which took another 15-20 min before someone that lived there came out. They let us in and wasn’t sure where we were supposed to go.
Having to go up 2 elevators wasn’t very clear on the directions, especially with the fact we were still unsure which door to go through. The second door that led us up to the room gave us an error on the code as well. I again was let in by another person that lived there.
Once I got the keys and we found the parking spot to park in, it wasn’t clear to where the room was from the elevator. We had so many things to bring up, and was on the other side of the property dragging luggage everywhere. The property is nice but not worth the irritation or hassle trying to check in and out —

I recently had an incredible stay at Kasa Scottsdale Quarter Phoenix! The modern decor, spacious rooms, and attentive staff made my experience truly enjoyable. The central location near Scottsdale Quarter meant I had easy access to shopping and dining. The amenities provided, from a well-equipped kitchen to a comfortable bed, exceeded my expectations. I highly recommend Kasa for a hassle-free and comfortable stay in Phoenix.

We enjoyed our stay A little bit of difficulty navigating around, but we got the hang of it.
Great location and nice pool and gym.
We will likely go again.
(I do wish they had a TV in the bedroom and not only in the living room)

Perfect place to stay!

Very modern, clean and comfortable apartment just steps away from the shops and restaurants of Scottsdale quarter and Kierland commons. Will def stay here again on my next trip to Scottsdale.

Clean beautiful property and area felt very safe. Gorgeous outdoor area also. Very handy to be able to text questions that were answered via text very quickly. Navigating some of the particulars was inconvenient. Key fob problems. Didn't know key fob needed for access to basement parking .So particulars weren't well laid out. Ended up running back and forth . There was a learning curve. But we did get the hang of it.

Nice apartment and great location near a new shopping area and coffee shop. Parking was not very easy, so read the parking instructions carefully beforehand.

Love the location! Love the pool area and exercise room. It is confusing getting into the building and the parking etc but once you figure it out, it's great. The unit itself is nice and clean. The washing machine, though, needs attention, as it smells like mildew from being closed all of the time.

We had a great experience with this place. Like many other reviews state the check in process can be a bit confusing if you aren’t a detailed oriented person, however the instructions and details provided in the email prior to your check in are extremely accurate.
The good:
Truly an amazing property! Nothing but the highest of amenities and the perfect location. Everything that you need is within walking distance. The gym, pool, and the communal areas are everything you expect from Scottsdale. The host answers texts extremely quickly to any known issues and you are given a designated underground covered parking spot so no fighting for a spot like at every other hotel.
The bad:
The check in process can be confusing however if you do your homework and read all the emails that are sent to you, you will be ok. When we arrived the right elevator that we were instructed to use was out of service so we had to reach out to the host. The elevator that you take to go out the entrance by Culinary drop out did not accept our key or the multiple pins we were given to come back in so we had to walk all the way around to the other side of the building. The shower door did not have a full seal so water would leak out on the floor and make a mess. The window shades did not have a full seal so the sun would wake you up at 6 am. No sleeping in.
Overall, this place is amazing and blew expectations out of the water. I wish I could give it 4.5 stars. Because that truly is what it deserves.

As other people have said in reviews, the process of getting in is a bit difficult. When I tried to log in for the instructions the Kasa site was crashing so I had to figure it all out on my own and use my memory from reading through them a few times already. The garage opener bar code thing doesn't work unless you get out of the car and walk under the sensor. The elevators are tricky to figure out as well. It was a stressful experience but we finally got in and settled. The room was great, property is nice with a beautiful pool and outdoor bbq area, pool table, amazing gym and the location is perfect. There is a lot of bang for your buck and I would choose staying here over hotels in the area even though it is a bit of a pain to check in and check out. The next time will go much smoother now that I understand how it all works. I look forward to staying there again soon.

Is part of an apartment building which is confusing to enter to the property

Heads up, you must read the fine print. This is an Aparthotel, basically subleased apartments in a lock down type security apartment complex. There is no building called Kasa, it's apartments called Vitri. It is not a hotel, and there are no staff on sight. GPS does not find the address well, we walked for 30 min. being taken in different directions. Make sure you do all your check in protocols, you'll need codes to get in, and unless you want to stand out in a dark street at night waiting, forget doordash. But you can walk to the restaurants at Keirland. It took us 30 minutes to find it by GPS, finally called to find out we were looking for a hotel, but it's not a hotel called Kasa. After doing our 15 minute check in of uploading drivers license, picture, etc,(because I expected to just check in at a front desk, which this isn't) I was told to go to the fourth floor. But the elevator only went to a third floor. Walked all around there for 20 minutes to try to find a human being or a fourth floor, finally said screw it and got another hotel. They did refund 50% for this inconvenience, but that was after a couple hours of calls and emails. Just be aware what you are getting. Place looked nice, but given that we gave up finding our room after 50 minutes, I can't say much more than that. Very tight security. Codes for door, elevator, etc. So, read all the instructions for the details. Don't expect to just show up to a hotel. It's not that kind of place.

Awesome experience. I don’t have anything that I think they could have done better. The virtual check in is my favorite part about Kasa properties. It is easy and I don’t have to deal with anyone- you can do it all on your own. Their instructions are very very clear and they even have photos to visualize everything! I try to find Kasa properties everywhere I go!!

virtual check in was a disaster, parking pass not in room, requested it and was told it would be delivered it was not.

The check-in instructions were quite confusing for this property but once we figured everything out, we really enjoyed staying here. Loved the location and the amenities. Awesome pool area and workout room! We would definitely stay here again.

We really enjoyed our stay at the Kasa unit. The only challenge was figuring out access to the building and having to find temporary parking until we had our parking garage pass (all of the spots were taken). The building needs an address number on it or some other identifier to help find the entrance. I called and the Kasa agent was very helpful getting us into the building. The unit was clean, really nicely decorated and had good views of the mountains. And the proximty to the Scottsdale Quarter was great for good food and coffee. Thank you!!

The property was very well maintained. The apartment was super clean and well stocked. Everything was in perfect working condition. The directions on how to access the property and the apartment were all super clear. I would definitely stay here again.

Stay was great. Check in…I’d add that the property name is Vitri only because the address isn’t visible but the name of the property is.

When I arrived I followed the visual instructions which were incorrect. Made it very difficult to get into the building. I reached out via chat and it wasn’t until mid day the next day that I got a response. Left me in a very difficult situation.
My parking pass did not work. Every time I tried to enter the parking garage I had to wait for another car and follow them into the parking garage based on the tight area outside the parking garage I had to essentially wait in everyone’s way. It was super inconvenient. There were several other features like checking in to multi step process up and down to my room on the fourth floor and back down to my car on the second baseman parking ramp it required me to do that multiple times just to check in and get my parking pass.
Finally in checking out you need to leave all of your fobs and parking pass in your room This made it impossible to use the elevators that were required a key fob. I had to haul my bags down five stories to just to get to my parking.
The whole virtual assistant is slow that in real time it doesn’t function.

Everything was fabulous. It's very expensive, but it's nice to treat yourself every now and then. So, it was worth it for a few nights.

Overall we had great experience here! The apartments are new and stunning - high quality furnishings and fixtures. We had a few questions about check-in but the Virtual Front Desk got back to me promptly and answered all my questions.

The check-in info arrived after we got there and didn't know what to do to enter the building, so that was frustrating. Then, there was only one key fob to get in the building, which forced us to have to stay together if we wanted to leave. There was no remote to get into the parking garage, and we never received one, despite asking for it. Parking was a challenge the entire stay. Inside the unit was fine - a basic apartment with basic furnishings.

The Kasa Scottsdale was fantastic! Absolutely beautiful apartment in a great location. We appreciated being able to walk to everything at the Scottsdale Quarter mall, coffee shops, restaurants, etc. Check in is totally self-service which made the arrival experience seamless. Just make sure to read the check in instructions carefully! We would definitely stay here again next time we're in town.

Wow!!! What a wonderful stay for our family. The kids spent hours in the pool, which felt like we were at a resort. Our apartment was clean, comfortable, and modern and had all the amenities we needed for a couple days. We cooked dinner both nights and found the kitchen was stocked with pots, pans, dishes, etc. and everything we needed. Having a washer/dryer was a lifesaver too! Already planning our next trip to Scottsdale to stay at Kasa again!
