Room service una vergüenza. Me trajeron la comida ( salmón con vegetales cocidos) en una caja tipo Macdonald , dentro de una bolsa. Servicio de plástico, sin plato, servilleta minúscula

Nice place, but misses the mark on a number of small but largely consequential items.

The thermostat in the room is completely non-intuitive - could NOT figure it out, and I've been staying in hotels for 40+ years! When we called the front desk, they said an "engineer" had to go make adjustments to turn the heat on (our room was 65 F when we arrived with no apparent way to turn on the heat). Room service was delivered NOT on a tray with real plates, stainless cutlery, etc. It was delivered in boxes in a bag with plastic cutlery - WAY below what I would expected for what they charge. Television setup makes it nearly impossible to connect ones own streaming device -- I'm sure there's a way but I ran out of patience trying.

The front desk people were nice. But the Bellman, Taylor, was outstanding. Josh too. But Taylor #1

The Bellman and Valet, Taylor, was very good to us. We loved him and he made our stay. We had Josh the last day only but he was very personable and accommodating too.

The cleanliness of the grounds and pool area was questionable. Looks worn and not very clean. The restaurant took well over a half an hour to get our food. But the staff was nice.

The most exceptional staff made for an even better stay at this great hotel in Scottsdale.

The location was perfect for our needs and offered beautiful views and surroundings. The room was a lovely size and offered a wonderful walk out patio. It couldn’t have been nicer.

Truthfully, not a thing. It was all fantastic.

Overall nice stay.

Staff was great at check in. Room was clean.

Had to do laundry durning our stay which required 2 different elevators, a trip through the lobby, and up 2 floors and then had to pay for it. A little overpriced.

Thankyou so much for a lovely stay.

it’s a beautiful property. the staff from the front desk, restaurant housekeepers were so kind and friendly. we were extremely happy to see Ivy from the restaurant again

there isn’t anything we didn’t like. I think the next time we would ask for a ground floor with a patio garden view.

The front staff Glen was a terrible host... the internet n tv channels were terrible as well... we've stayed there atleast 5 to times n never ever were given the information for the internet, until the lady at the front desk during checkout, she was awesome!!!
