The two block walk to Central Ave is the real deal. Once inside you will find a large, super comfy couch with a large smart TV. Along side is the dining area. Next, you will find a fully stocked kitchen. The first bedroom has a bunk bed with a full and twin and the next has a King Bed. The bath has an original claw foot tub perfect for the Sa City feel! This second floor apartment is in a building with other vacation rental units and long term residents. There is a large parking area and an empty building next door that is under renovation. We are available by phone or through the Air BnB app. We do not live on the premises but we are close by. This apartment is in a historic house that is in a downtown neighborhood. You can walk 2 blocks to down town restaurants, Bath Houses or National Park Trails. Hot Springs also offers Uber, Lyft or Taxis.
