LOCATION
The cottage is located near the owners' house (25 m). The property is on the edge of the small village of Colonzelle, in the Drôme Provençale (Grignan region) in a magnificent preserved landscape: cultivation of vines, almonds, lavender (flowering June until the beginning of July), olive trees and the exploitation of truffle oaks. 5 kms from one of the "Most Beautiful Villages of France", Grignan, its location, bordering the three departments of Drôme, Vaucluse and Ardèche is ideal.

First floor: a kitchen, a living room, a bathroom with WC,
Upstairs: 2 air-conditioned bedrooms (bedroom 1: bed of 160 - bedroom 2: 2 beds of 90)
Outside: shower room, a room with washing machine.

GUESTS: With the agreement of the owner, the tenant may, exceptionally, invite a limited number of friends (maximum 4 people), between 10:00 am and 6:00 pm, and this only once during the stay, while respecting the rules and recommendations.
