The Villa is located near Chiesanuova, a small village in Chianti Classico set on a rolling hill between vineyards and olive trees. Its location, in the heart of the world famous Tuscan countryside just 14 km from the enchanting Renaissance city of Florence, allows you to experience the best of Italy.
The Villa dates back to the 16th century and is complete with two elegantly decorated floors dominated by a beautiful panoramic tower. All rooms on the ground floor have direct access to the stunning garden surrounding the Villa, and include an elegantly decorated lounge, TV and pool table, dining room and a spacious and fully renovated kitchen, equipped with all modern amenities including: oven, microwave, freezer, 2 refrigerators, dishwasher, and cookware. There is also a laundry room with washing machine and dryer and a bathroom on the ground floor, the entire Villa is AIR CONDITIONING.
On the second floor there are 8 large bedrooms, each complete with a private bathroom recently renovated in 2016.

No problem we can put at your disposal the extra 9th bedroom (with a little extra cost).

The tower can be accessed by climbing a flight of stairs, and once at the top you can enjoy a stunning 360-degree view of the surrounding countryside.

Our hosts and the property lived up to all our expectations! Communication with Beatrice and Jacopo was excellent. This was especially important as we planned this trip ourselves. When we arrived, they were so welcoming. They made us feel at home. This was the perfect Tuscan experience for our family. We were 3 generations and the villa was just what we needed. The pool was a welcome respite after our days out. The kitchen was equipped with everything we needed for the days we chose to cook. But, the best meals of our trip were those cooked by Beatrice and Jacopo! We had breakfast and dinner prepared by them. An abundance of food! Don’t miss out on this! And don’t scroll past this property. Book it and you will be in for a treat!

I cannot say enough about the beautiful home this is. The house is lovely, large enough for our family of 15 -(70 to 5 months) with plenty of room to spread out. The hosts, Beatrice and Japoco were top notch! We had them provide family style meals each night- best decision of the trip! The food was superb. They kindly made accommodations for the kids. After a day of sightseeing- arriving “home” to a home cooked meal was the best. Enjoyed cocktails poolside or on the amazing tower that provided beautiful Tuscan sunsets. Absolutely stunning and a wonderful hidden gem. The home is stocked with fantastic local wines very well priced. Highly recommend

Great house. Hosts Bea and Jacopa were terrific. Great breakfasts and dinners. Arranged tours, car rentals, transportation, restaurant reservations. 12 of us, 3 generations, had a wonderful stay. Highly recommended.
