Excellent location, lovely hotel and the spa was well worth the additional cost.
A short walk to the main town centre, and other attractions. Staff were helpful and friendly.
The room was a good size with a well fitted bathroom and was very clean.
We booked a 2 hour spa session and it was a beautiful space and incredibly relaxing after a few busy days walking around Florence.
Beds were a little hard, on arrival the receptionist was a bit direct and slightly rude. However she may have been having a bad day as the following morning she was lovely and very helpful.
Overall a very nice stay.

We had a balcony accessed from our room which was great
Rooms were smaller than expected but comfortable. Shower cubicle a bit of a fiddly screen

Location & style of the hotel & room.Pool & terrace.
The fact that I was allocated a room in the annex..not what I chose when booking. The situation was resolved but still my experience was tainted.
Very unfriendly & who seemed to be an very ungentlemanly waiter who served us dinner who made us feel unwelcome & spoilt our evening..I resent that as it upset my friend.
The fact we had to pay 3 euros for a towel for swimming..when your room cost 130euros a night I feel they can provide a towel.
Had stayed before and was very disappointed with my experience as I was so excited about coming back with a friend...all the way from South Africa & it was a big anti climax sadly.😥
