Great location, nice staff, lovely breakfast
Inclusive dinner was terrible.

Location was perfect. Centrally located right off the round about so easy to get to all the attractions the area has to offer.
Nothing. It was all great!

Practical, clean rooms in convent location. 24/7 reception made the deal for us as we were arriving very late
Breakfast buffet was not tended to by staff. Very chaotic and unappealing food presentation. Disappointing

Breakfast was poor, if another guest ate all of an item it was not replenished. Coffee machines included sweetened milk substitute resulting in very poor coffee. Cleaning needs to be addressed, dust behind doors shows a lack of attention. Some staff were friendly but majority seemed to have low morale
