Benedictta, the woman at the front desk, was wonderful, charming, friendly and helpful. Everything one could want from a hotel representative!

The hotel was a classic Italian hotel, understated and unpretentious, with excellent and friendly service.

About 20 minutes walk to the main bridges so in the right place and very quiet with easy parking. Reception staff were tip top. Room was clean. Breakfast setting outside.
We had an attic room with a loft window. The bathroom was up some stairs with an odd shower and a slight damp odour. The breakfast was frankly poor with a very limited selection and a single very slow poor drink machine.

Staff was good and helpful
There were bed bugs. Our 2 year and we (both parents) got many bugs bite on legs and hands. Really pathetic experience. Furniture and rest of things are too old. Should get it checked from verified sources if this much old stuff is recommended to continue as it carries lot of bugs n foul smell in everything. Almiras were very dirty and stinky from inside.
