The hotel was in a quieter part of town near the river on a quaint alley. It has quite a history going back centuries with a beautiful staircase, large wooden doors and gorgeous keys. An easy 5-10 minute walk to most attractions. The view from the roof is arguably the best view in Florence over looking the Duomo with 360 degree city views. Breakfast is fantastic! Would definitely stay here again.
The room was nice but it felt sparse and could have had more personality. Given the history of the hotel I would have expected more period piece decor. It was still lovely but felt like they stopped short of making it amazing.

The tower! The people! The central location. The breakfast. Everything was fantastic!
Loved everything!

Perfect location, friendly staff, excellent breakfast in stylish surroundings , great roof to view
Room does not live up to 4 star standard. Mattress worn and we both had back pain. Needs renovation, parking is E 35 and not next to hotel.

Location was great, roof terrace also had an amazing view!
Bathroom amenities, the shower head was a disgrace to be honest, the bed/mattress was also moving around so not exactly comfortable. It was also not possible to close the wardrobe doors, the key was not working
