This place is directly on the Piazza which is central to everything. The room itself is a decent size and has everything you need. I really liked that the outer doors used a pin #, not a token. The guy who did the meet and greet was friendly and helpful.
There was no lift. I had to my luggage up 2 flights of stairs to the 1st floor. I dont remember seeing at there was no lift?!? Finding the place was complicated. Please provide pictures of location & door to make it easier.

My room was beautifully decorated and the location is excellent.
There wasn’t anything I disliked about the property.

Central location, big room, lovely facilities and comfiest bed I’ve ever slept in.
The process of getting in it- a code for access, then stairs and another coded door. The breakfast arrangement being at the cafe over the square consisted of a croissant, juice and coffee and a miniscule sandwich. No options. Was also not open at 8am as stated and therefore lost 1 breakfast due to travel arrangements.
