Great location, beautiful room, well equipped
I would suggest sending info on how to get into the front door to the office upon arrival

Perfect position and double glazed windows to stop any noise.
Dangerous lift! If someone enters and presses the button, the doors automatically shut. Won’t reopen if the doors touch someone, need to be looked at!

Perfect location and view over the Piazza was amazing. Perfect for people watching and getting a feel for the hustle and bustle of Florence. Room was clean and beds were comfortable.

Great location and friendly staff. Our room had a beautiful view to Piazza Della Signoria
The lift is veeery narrow, so I wouldn’t recommend it for people with reduced mobility or families with a lot of bags
