Excellent position on the Boulevard, a pedestrian strip with lots of cafes and restaurants on one side and a pleasant park on the other. Just a minutes stroll from the river, bridge and the historic houses.
Fantastic staff at check-in and during our stay, the hotel desk on the first floor was always staffed and I have to say those guys are a credit to the hotel. Genuinely interested in giving us the best advice for our stay in Berat and beyond!
Clean and spacious room on the third floor with balcony overlooking the boulevard and park. Comfy bed and pillows.
Buffet breakfast on the third floor, a pretty standard offering and only one hot drink included similar to what we got in other Albanian hotels on our trip but was included in the room rate so no complaints really.
Would definitely return, 100% recommend.
It didn't bother us but there's no lift and some people might struggle with the stairs.
It would be good to have a couple of hot flasks of coffee/hot water and tea bags in the breakfast room, a nice gesture to guests and to save the staff member having to run up and down stairs fetching hot drinks.

The staff was amazing. They made up for any other items. The location was perfect. The value was amazing
Breakfast wasn't offered long enough for late sleepers. Staff offered to grab a plate and bring coffee. That was great. The breakfast choices were limited. The cable tv didn't tune anything . The room was quiet but the doors both let light and sound into the room.

Perfect Location! Large rooms! Very good price
Not a real reception but still very helpful staff!

The breakfast buffet was outstanding -
delicious, with plenty of options, and the
staff there provided excellent service. The
overall service, location, and cleanliness of
the hotel were also impressive.
Unfortunately, during the afternoon, the
receptionist was often nowhere to be found.
We came down several times and couldn't
get assistance. It seemed he might have
been using a nearby room to rest or sleep,
which really detracted from an otherwise
great experience.
