Central location, extremely nice staff

Just everything. Metro station about 35-40 seconds walk (even less!), very easy to orientated, amazing attractions at 10 minutes walk, easy to move around and get anywhere.
Very good room, good shower, friendly staff (Amalia, Achilleas etc). Wonderful hospitality. If back to Athens, I m back to Cosmopolit. Wonderful breakfast too. Thank You!

The area needed a clean up.To many rough sleepers and night people.

The location of the building was convenient, but the street itself felt a bit sketchy and there was some noise during the night. The staff were nice and easy to communicate with in English. The room was a good size, with a large wardrobe and a nice bathroom.
During our stay, there was no warm water, which was disappointing. It was also a bit unusual that we had to leave the room key at reception when going out to visit the city.
