Nice location in the Dubai Marina, ask for a quiet room (more expensive)

Staff was very polite and helpful; Parking outdoor and garrage; Location was very good right in the Dubai Marina; elevators quick; large apartments;

Sound proof of the rooms, the noise from thebusy road was present inside all the time (windows closed);

Great location but don't expect great customer service

Location is perfect, there is gym, pool and even steam/sauna (although I didn't use those). The apartments are quite spacious. There are all necessary features in the rooms, including washing machine, cooker, kettle, fridge, etc. There were 1.5 bathrooms in our 1-bed flat which was very handy. Main bathroom was of a good size too. There are lots of supermarkets around with 24/7 Carrefour just across the road. On the day of the checkout we asked for a slight extension - just for 1 hour - as we had planned a trip to the Palm. Reception team agreed to that which was a nice gesture. We ended up not needing this 1 hour but still...

We were checked in to one of the accessible rooms, which meant that there was no standard shower/bathtub. I would be okay with that if the check in staff informed us about it in advance and also offered a solution on how to deal with the water that spreads all over the bathroom when you try to take shower. We were looking forward to having a shower and resting after our flights, however when I opened the water i realised that the drainage isn't designed properly and water has just stayed on the floor - even though I just opened it for 1 min or so. When I contacted reception to try and solve the issue, no apology or explanation was given, just "OK OK I'll call you back". We ended up waiting for around 1.5 hours for them to move us. Another staff member completely dismissed our comments about the smell and air coming from the washing machine. Not sure if this was due to language barrier but it wasn't a great customer experience.

Świetna lokalizacja,niedaleko do metra-stacja Sobha Realty.Przestronny apartament,balkonik z widokiem na miasto i kawałek jeziora.Bardzo wygodne łóżko,codziennie sprzątany pokój,zmieniane ręczniki,codziennie dostawaliśmy nowa butelkę 1.5 litra wody,kawę,herbatę,cukier oraz całą gamę kosmetyków do kąpieli,balsamy,Szczoteczka do zębów,Maszynka do golenia,czepek,kapcie itp.W pokoju było również żelazko i deska do prasowania.Bardzo miła obsługa,nie spotkałam się z taką uprzejmością w żadnym innym hotelu!

Jedyna rzecz do jakiej można się przyczepić to brudne okna w pokoju,ale Dubaj to kraj pustynny i trzeba to zrozumieć.

Fab place

Massive spacious room (Room # 801) Perfect size for a family of 4. Supermarket opposite and to the side of hotel. Daily cleaning, towel change & tea/coffee/sugar restock. Very friendly staff. 3 swimming pools with towels provided. Beautiful view of the marina.

Bed was ok. Tv didnt have many british channels.

Buona soluzione ma migliorabile

Camera molto grande e pulita. Letti comodi. Posizione molto bella per visitare JBR e tutta Dubai Marina

Cucina assolutamente non attrezzata. Pochi utensili e solo una presa elettrica vicino al formo a microonde. Il bollitore è posto dalla parte opposta della cucina e sarebbe comoda come posizione, ma non ci sono prese elettriche e bisogna scostare il forno a microonde. Vicino al tavolo della sala non ci sono prese elettriche e quindi non si può utilizzare il computer. Solo 1 presa elettrica sulla scrivania in camera che è occupata dalla televisione. Per caricare il computer è necessario scollegare la televisione.

Great stay, would definitely recommend

Great staff, very nice and accommodating, always available and quick to respond. Special thanks to Sayed. Great location, easy access and very lively, overlooking the Marina and a few minutes from JBR.

Some Leaks in the bathroom but the staff was always quick to fix it as soon as you inform them, as with everything else.

Nice Area but a bit outdated.

location was good, bed was big and comfortable.

Apartment was a bit outdated. The Kitchen looked from the 80s. Big space but not comfy nor well decorated. Breakfast was poor.

STRUTTURA IN DUBAI MARINA

Struttura in posizione strategica con vista Dubai Marina e direttamente sulla passeggiata. Le camere abbastanza silenziose e appartamento enorme per due persone. Parcheggio in loco gratuito.

Camere un pò con arredamento vecchiotto e migliorerei la pulizia.

Dubai ist eine Reise wert, daher komme ich wieder.

Das Hotel liegt an der Marina Bay, daher perfekte Lage und Zugang zum Yachthafen. Die Umgebung ist gespickt mit Geschäften, Apotheken und tollen Restaurants. Die Metro ist zu Fuß in zirka 5 min erreichbar. Somit ist der Ausgangspunkt um an einem gewünschten Zielort zu gelangen ideal gelegen. Das Frühstücksbuffet ist vielseitig und genial, daher bietet es für alle was zum Essen an. Somit kommen alle Geschmäcker auf Ihre Kosten. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend, hier wird es geschätzt, wenn man noch Danke sagt!

Anstelle einer Badewanne, wäre eine Dusche besser gewählt gewesen. Der Pool könnte ein paar Schatten-Plätze anbieten. Die zwei kleine Poole an der Bay Seite, könnten ein wenig diskreter vom Frühstücks-Rummel angelegt sein.

Disappointing!

Location was good as was close to shops and bars. Pleasant view. Safe in the wardrobe. Lots of toiletries.

Dirty apartment. Nail clipping on the floor, dirty marks on the leg of the dining table and dirt on the bedside table. Receptionist just wanted to get rid of you when you phoned and didn't really want to spend time solving problems. Dismissive! Only a few windows and one balcony would open. We picked the apartment so we could cook our own food - there were very few kitchen utensils, there was no cleaning stuff: we had to ask for washing up liquid. No tea towels, we had to use a towel. No over gloves. Limited crockery. Two plug sockets in the whole of the kitchen. Expensive for what we received. At 11.30 on the day we were to leave they phoned to remind us to check out at midday. One minute before midday, they phoned us again! Just unnecessary. TV rubbish - only local channels. Very few coat hangers in the wardrobe. Not worth the money we paid! Will go elsewhere in future.

Établissement très bien placé

Sehr schöner Aufenthalt im Herzen der Marina

Die Lage war fantastisch. Das Personal war sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Es wurde sehr gut gesäubert und sogar täglich abgewaschen. Es gab täglich zwei Wasserflaschen aufs Zimmer

Die Küche ist schon sehr in die Jahre gekommen und mit sehr wenig Geschirr (alles nur 4x) ausgestattet. Wir haben auch ein Geschirrhandtuch und einen Spüllappen vermisst. Leider wurde in unserer Woche der Pool saniert - das war sehr laut und wir haben ein Upgrade in eine höhere Etage leider bezahlen müssen. Das hätte ich umsonst erwartet (es gab allerdings einen Obstkorb als Entschädigung) Das war sehr nett, war mir bei einem Wochenpreis von 2300 EUR zu wenig.

Ottimo!!!

Non è una camera ma un intero appartamento con 2 bagni e cucina. Posizione ottima vicina a metro/tram/ spiaggia Jumeirah/centro tutto raggiungibile a piedi o con taxi pagando pochissimo. Difronte c'è il Carrefour e nelle estreme vicinanze tantissimi ristoranti di cucine varie.

Located on Marina walk, which is the perfect place I wanted to be. Plenty of restaurants around, short walk to the JBR beach / sea with more restaurants and plenty water activities. Short walk to Dubai Marina Mall.

Minor thing to complain really, but there were very few plugs in the room so we struggled with charging our devises. Overall place in the need of refresh. Swimming pool is quite small and it was in partial state of construction.

The location was perfect and the staff were contious and helpful Very spacious

No cooking utensils and only one socket in the kitchen, cleanliness wasn't great from housekeeping, mould in the bathroom. In need of general upgrade. Not all the rooms had good WiFi connection. The TV channels not in English

The spacious apartments and the view of the 2-bedroom apartment In addition the neighborhood is a very convenient for living, it is surrounded with all amenity stores you would ever need (medical center, groceries, pharmacies, laundries, masjed, restaurants, ...etc)

The 2 bedroom apartment's phones were not working.

Location is very good 👍 Staff at reception not very helpful but Aslam concierge was helpful and booked us amazing trips !!!

Apparent was comfortable but very tired.. especially bathroom!! In the kitchen lucking cups and glasses..
