I love the location. JLT is full of great restaurants and feels alive (unlike the Marina where most hotels are). The breakfast is sensational. Staff, room, cleanliness, maintenance etc was all 5*. I'm very happy and would come again anytime.

room was fine no problem
I got in at 3 am and checked out at 7 pm the next day, but was charged for two whole nights' stay.
I expected a discount, as I have been coming to your hotel for years and seem to remember receiving discounts before. However, the receptionist was adamant that they could not do anything for me, except to ensure that i paid for the two nights in full before showing me to my room.
