We really enjoyed our stay, the room was extremely comfortable and clean, the staff were very friendly. The restaurants made delicious food. Breakfast was yum. We did all inclusive which we felt was better value for money
The waterpark was disappointing. If you have children under 5 they would enjoy it. We have a 6 and 9 yo. The 6yo could only use the small slide bc of her height (under 120) they are super strict with this. My older child could use the two bigger slides, one was so slow you stop half way through and have to push yourself. If your children love water parks this ain’t for them.

Pool was fantastic for families and the room size made the stay very comfortable. Great choice of restaurants with excellent food.

The checkin and checkout staff and procedures were excellent. Very kind and caring staff. Room service was fast and efficient. Tv and room equipment were very good.
There is no drinking water in the water part of by the pool, in hot weather this was a problem. There seems to always be one or two slide not working in the water park which caused long line ups. There is little shade in the water park, this needs to be improved.
