The hotel is very close to the metro and to DIFC area, also price was great for the area its in.
Burj Khalifa view side has a large marketing sticker on the outside on the glass which makes the room dark and view useless, towels were old, room service didn't respect well the "do not disturb" and " please clean my room sign.
Parking for my car HAD to go valet since the parking building is too narrow.
