We liked the service, the treatment of each employee, the room, the central location of the hotel and the breakfast. Not a single thing to complain about. Really great experience.
The extra bed was too soft, gave me shoulder and neck pain. And the windows were not clean, if ignored the view was great.

All the stuff, very professional, very clean and receptionist and the whole people work there they try so hard to please the customer or the people is staying with them. I going there every year and I have nothing to complain about everything else. Extremely good and perfect thank you Rose Rayhan and the staff for hospitality.
Convenient, beautiful hotel, and the best area of Dubai way close to everything. The rooms are beautiful so I love everything about it.

Location and comfortable
Old rooms and bathroom showers leaking, safety hazard with fall or slipping as they don’t have proper showers or mats to prevent slipping in shower.
