Location top, with 2 major subway line at 8 mins walk top, easy to go anywhere. Also Hyde park is just a few streets away, which allowed us to do some morning jogging.
Staff were extremely professional, caring. It is safe and clean. Like living with caring family.

Location was perfect for our stay the bed was comfortable
The towels and the bedding sheets need to be replaced. The towels are as rough as 40 grit sandpaper

The room was spacious and comfortable and the location was great, quiet yet close to shops, pubs and restaurants.
We were given breakfast to take out as we had to leave early. The staff members were very helpful.
The private parking was easy and secure and a bonus…..there was no charge for our dog.
Nothing, it was all very pleasant and we hope to stay again.
