NOS COBRARON UN IMPUESTO DONDE SE DEBE DE DEJAR 144.000 PESOS POR NO MOSTRAR EL SELLO DE 90 DIAS, YO VENIA DE ESPAÑA Y MI HERMANA VENIA POR TIERRA DE VENEZUELA COMO ELLA NO LO TENIA NOS LO COBRARON , AL FINAL DI UN BILLETE DE 150.000 Y ME DEBIAN DE DAR 6.000 PESOS LOS CUAL SOLICITE EN DOS OPORTUNIDADES A LA SEÑORITA DE RECEPCION Y EN ESAS DOS OPORTUNIDADES ELA ESTABA OCUPADA, HASTA EL SOL DE HOY NI SI QUIERA SE HAN COMUNICADO CONMIGO PARA ENTREGARME LOS 6.000 PESOS, TODABIA TENGO COPIA DEL RECIBO DE LOS 150.000 QUE DI Y QUE ME DEBIAN DE DAR EL VUELTO... CUANDO LA GENTE ES VIVA SOBRE TODO EN UNA CIUDAD FRONTERIZA.

The facilities are very old. The rooms are outdated, the beds uncomfortable and feel dirty. Couldn’t wait to leave.

La comida fue poca y muy costosa. Poca empatia de los empleados. A pesar de tener buenas instalaciones el servicio del personal y la colaboración por parte del gerente lo hacen un lugar no recomendable

The Restaurant with Menu was really good and excellent service! Friendly and educated staff. We enjoyed a nice dinner.

La atención del personal, el desayuno espectacular!! Quiero destacar la atención de Helmut en recepción, en lo personal me ayudó con un inconveniente que tuve, su disposición y ganas de colaborar me ayudaron a recuperar unos AirPods que por descuido mío perdí en lobby!! Muchas gracias!
Lo único en mi opinión por mejorar es más cuidado en las zonas húmedas y Gym, se ven muy antiguas, por lo demás estuvo perfecto para dos noches!

When we first arrived it 25 minutes for anyone to deal with us.

The location was excellent, there's a massive shopping mall literally around the corner from the hotel where you can get everything you need. The hotel is well kept and clean, no complaints.

Staff were very friendly and professional. Room was spotlessly clean. Very comfortable bed. I enjoyed the food in the restaurant, especially the risotto.
