O Café da manhã é perfeito, completo. O quarto é super confortavel, o serviço de quarto (arrumação) é maravilhoso. Todos os funcionário foram muito educados conosco em todos os momentos

O hotel é simples mas bem arrumado, com ótimo custo benefício. A piscina e os ofurôs funcionam bem, e o café da manhã tem muita variedade. O quarto era bastante confortável.

Quarto ligeiramente barulhento (em uma das noites ouvimos claramente a televisão do vizinho durante toda a madrugada) e academia está com alguns aparelhos quebrados.

Atraso no check-in, quarto com cheiro de esgoto e banheiro no Hall sem trocador para bebês.

La habitación no era de la calidad de otras veces, teníamos q levantarnos de la cama para prender el velador, muy distante. Para mí entender era una habitación para camas separadas y la transformaron en una doble con cama matrimonial. Lo demás normal.

noisy hallways and doors don‘t buffer sound

The hotel is situated in the center of Foz do Iguacu with easy access to restaurants, shopping and the bus terminal which directly brings you to the waterfalls, dam, Paraguay or Argentina. Our room was very spacious and clean. We liked the safe for security and the blowdryer in the bathroom. The bed was comfortable. The shower was hot and had a nice pressure. Our stay included breakfast, which was tasty and plentiful.

Some of the interior and furniture is dated and worn out.

Everthing was great. The jacuzi was very relax at the end of the day. Lovely attendents and very nice breakfast. Close to the bus terminal which was very easy toe reach Argentina, Paraguai and Iguaçu Foz

We had early check out and they forgot to prepare our breakfast kit!!

The hotel is very good - close to bus station, restaurants and shops. There is travel agency which we bought trip to Paraguay. The breakfast is very good and delitious. The hotel stuff allowed us to late chack in without charge. The ask for us taxi to the airport. I recommend the hotel.

There was a very noisy fan in our bathroom (room 3107) but that does not change my impression about the hotel.

Location and staff sensational. Could not fault the service and help from front desk team! Excellent breakfast. Very handy having Loumar Tours in lobby as well.

We were on floor1 which got a bit noisy a couple times with foot traffic from pool area.

The location was convenient but downtown can get a bit noise (which is expected). Breakfast was really good and full of options. Bedroom was comfortable and good size for the price.

I'm very picky about cleanliness and that left a bit to be desired for me, particularly in the bathroom. Communication was also a bit confusing. I received a message from the hotel through booking.com offering a free transfer from the airport to the hotel. I replied I was interested. I only got a reply days later when I have already checked in (?). Then I tried to book a transfer back to the airport but that needed to be arranged with a travel agency that keeps a little desk at their lobby and they were charging me for it. I decided to arrange transportation directly with a really nice taxi driver that had a spot a few steps away from the hotel doors. He took us to a location the night before and we decided we definitely preferred to pay him instead of the agency.

Be aware that there are always Demonstrations just around the corner and you can hear them always in your room. The rooms are very badly soundproofed - if someone talks on the floor near your room, you have literally the feeling they are in your room.
