Great location. Nice quiet neighborhood, easy access to local venues, i.e. dining, shopping and hiking. The Property Mgr responded to a few last minute questions timely and was very helpful.

We love Sedona Arizona. Everywhere you look you see God’s creation on display. The house was nice and dog friendly is a huge plus. E we didn’t expect triple digit heat while there for the 4th of July week. All we were missing is a pool lol.

This is a lovely, cozy cottage in a very quiet neighborhood. Very convenient location to trails and restaurants. Great option for two couples. Host was very friendly and responsive.

Cozy property, perfectly located minutes from Sedona CBD, trails, great restaurants. We quickly became aware of the Coffee Pot Restaurant and Picasso's Italian Kitchen. The views are mesmerizing and the trails for everyone. Very glad we visited Sedona.

In overall agreement with the previous review. There were some issues, but Tamara was available and responsive. We had some workers in to fix some things, but it did not affect our stay. Good location. Recommending the Pink Jeep tour.

There was a mix up with the cleaning of the property so when we arrived it had not been cleaned. However, the hostess as well as the cleaning service were very good about rectifying the situation. The location was great and the property met our needs very well. We err very pleased.

My 2 sisters (early 40s), daughter (age 10) & I booked a 4 night stay in Sedona. While I did not communicate with the owner at all, I did receive check in details about 3 days before our departure. The home itself is small but met our basic needs: well equipped kitchen, and enough comfy beds and bathrooms for 4 girls. Also, the home is located in a nice, quiet neighborhood just off the main road, close to grocery store and restaurants. The view from the living room is amazing! Cons: poor lighting in hallway bathroom. Not all lights in living room were functional and those that were flickered quite a bit. Wi-Fi instructions included but did not work during our stay. Water pressure great but water temp fluctuates when 2 people are showering simultaneously. Overall a good stay. Sedona is just lovely!

It is great they allow dogs. The neighborhood was fine for leash walks. It is hard to find trails where dogs can be off leash.

We really enjoyed this house. Everything was exactly like the website said. Very clean, really hot water even some supplies were included. Location was great also.

We loved our stay at Tamara's property, the house was exactly what we wanted - close to town, close to hiking, close to the local juicery :-) the house was wonderfully decorated, cozy, and clean! Tamara was extremely responsive with any questions I had. We will definitely be staying here again. !

The view is lovely. The home needs some TLC. The master bed makes noise with the slightest movement, so no sleep. There are broken blinds. Duck tape holds down the hall runner. The house had not been cleaned upon our arrival so we had to wash the sheets and towels, vacuum, and the worst part was there were no cleaning supplies, so we used hand sanitizer. The owner is in California and her response was to get a hotel room. We could understand there was a error made about the cleaning service, but not the owners attitude. We are older travelers. We were told we would be issued some sort of refund.

My husband and I were set to arrive in Sedona on Monday, August 1st but arrived a day sooner. Owner was able to allow us in a day sooner. Upon entering this house was spotless. Beautiful home with a beautiful view of the red rocks. Everything you would need is in this home. The bed was comfortable and the house was perfect. This house is located in a quiet neighborhood which was perfect for my husband and I. I would definitely recommend this home to anyone visiting the Sedona area. Would absolutely stay here again!!

This is a very cute house in a great location with lots of light and great views in the main living area. Kitchen is great and well stocked, and there's a nice, large dining room table. As advertised, it has two big bedrooms and two bathrooms, which is great for two couples or a family. Overall we're glad we stayed here. But our issue with the property is there were a lot of small (and one not-so-small) things not working that added up to mar the stay (the owner is a lovely person but my sense is they're out of town): The lights weren't working properly in the main bedroom with the two beds (the light switch didn't turn on the lights so we had to fish behind the beds to plug and unplug, and one table lamp had a blown bulb), the home's only blow dryer was dead, one of the TV remote controls had no batteries, and then the flushing lever broke off a toilet and couldn't be fixed during our time there. Plus, every window in one bedroom is insulated with cardboard, no doubt to keep out the intense heat and lower the AC bill, but that meant no natural light and no ability to open windows in the room at night. Overall, this is a very nice home in a perfect setting, but it didn't seem quite as well maintained as others I have stayed in.

My parents, brother, and our dog stayed over the Christmas holiday. Our plan was to spend the majority of our time outside hiking but the weather was rainy and cold during our stay. Fortunately the home is cozy and spacious so we were more than comfortable relaxing inside, cooking in the kitchen, and relaxing in a nice place with a beautiful view of Sedona rocks through the great room window.

First and foremost, the property was in a great, convenient location. The view was fabulous. Cleanliness was fine with the exception of the yard area and a few sticky items. Check-in was simple. We had no direct communication with owner before or during stay. Beds were comfortable. Kitchen was stocked ok, worked fine if need the basics. We struggled finding no storage for clothing (no dressers, no hangers). We lived out of our suitcases on the floor. If this is how you travel anyway, no problem. For us, having stayed in VRBO's before with amenities for clothing, it was a challenge. The bed in the second bedroom is very squeaky. Overall recommended. The pluses definitely win out!

Great experience and easy to communicate with host when you need to. Not many house rules. :-) Best pillows I’ve ever slept on!!

We enjoyed our time in this property immensely. There was an amazing view from the window of a sunrise every day. While we didn't have a dog with us, the owner had a number of nice details a dog owner would have appreciated. The house is very convenient to down town.
