Villa Picasso has 3 bedrooms, two with a queen size bed and one with a double bed. All have air conditioning, closet spaces and fans, and there is strong WiFi throughout the home. A fully equipped kitchen has all the appliances you’ll need (including stove and oven). The comfortable living room has lots of natural light and a garden view, and is furnished with an L-shaped couch and flat-screen smart TV. Outside the Villa, a relaxing wooden balcony with a dining table and outside sitting area looks out over a spacious yard in a tropical garden. Chill out in the hammocks by the private swimming pool and fountain. Kids will love playing in the big yard, which is safely fenced in and totally private. Just steps away from the beach and the main road, this home is on a quiet road with a private, gated entrance. A lush tropical garden surrounds the home and offers absolute privacy. It’s the perfect space to relax and an enjoy the sun. You can lounge in a hammock, host a BBQ, or let the kids play. There’s a small soccer field in the garden that kids (and adults!) and sure to enjoy. The Villa has everything you’ll need for your stay in Santa Teresa—strong WiFi, AC, private secure parking, daily cleaning, and a kid-friendly enclosed yard. While staying in the villa, you are free to enjoy your vacation as you wish… whether it’s surfing the ocean waves, hanging by the pool, visiting the nearby yoga studio, sunset horseback riding, cooking or going out for the perfect meal—you have it! Villa Picasso is located in the heart of Santa Teresa !! The villa is just a short walk from the beach and surfing spots, as well as many great restaurants, bars, and places to enjoy the sunset. You can also walk to a supermarket for groceries and shop for unique gifts at the nearby boutiques. A yoga studio across the street offers daily classes. The area’s best surf breaks at Playa Santa Teresa, Banana Beach and Playa Carmen are all within a 5 to 10-minute walk away. You can also explore the beautiful tide pools at the beach directly in front of the villa.
