The host was very responsive and made the check in and check out process very easy. The location was amazing! Close to restaurants and shopping. We loved the space and would definitely return! Our only constructive feedback is that it could have been a bit cleaner and could use an update to bedding, towels and shower curtain, as they were a bit worn and unusually stained.

Cute apartment, located in a wonderful, centrally located area. Near metro, plenty of shops, restaurants and bistros. Gerard is a great host. 2nd time we have rented this apartment and we were not dissapointed.

Stayz should have a standard or a way of checking properties before allowing them on their platform. This accommodation is not suitable for rent. We arrived late at night after a 24 hour fight. My family of four were exhausted. We had to make a choice to leave this dirty apartment or suck it up for eight nights. My daughter was so excited to visit Paris, we didn’t want to make a fuss and ruin her trip of a life time. We took many more photos of this apartment, but Stayz only eight. If previous reviews were honest, we could have dodged this experience.

Magnificent apartment of 80 m² completely renovated with style.

Tastefully furnished, this apartment in a typical Haussmann building is a perfect blend of the classic and modern spirit with a decorative fireplace, parquet floors, high decorated ceilings and modern furniture.
It is located on the 3rd floor of a building with few apartments.
At the foot of the Grands Boulevards, it allows you to visit the Folies Bergères, the Opera, the legendary Galeries La Fayette and the Moulin Rouge on foot in a few minutes.

It will be for you an ideal place to stay for 5 people.
