You will feel like living in an individual chalet with a beautiful light and a breathtaking view of the Linga, the Cornettes de Bises and the village of Châtel.
With a total surface area of 160 m2, it offers high ceilings in the cosy and warm main room of 55 m2 composed of:
- a fully equipped family kitchen
- a dining room (table for 10 to 12 people),
- a large living room with pellet stove
- a mezzanine converted into a relaxation area.
Facing south-west, it has a large terrace with a dining area for all its guests.
The apartment has 4 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms and can accommodate 10 people in great comfort:

- Access with elevator
- 2 private garages in the basement of the residence + 1 outdoor parking space, accessible by a private road with heated part (snow equipment mandatory in winter)
